IT did not turnoff. Grandson had to return it in Maine.

I don't like the individual attachments. I prefer the adjustable attachment of other trimmers. I returned this one and bought the Philips Norelco - Multigroom 5100 All-In-One Trimmer Grooming Kit - Black/Silver

This trimmer is good. I've have better ones that were cheaper yet did much more than this one. I wouldn't really recommend it to someone who's just looking for a regular trimmer.

I've used a $30 Philips-Norelco groomer for several years that's finally falling apart on me. When I went looking for a replacement, I figured: why not spring for something a little nicer? Good reviews & design led me to this Wahl model. It definitely feels VERY solid and sleek in the hand, and my first use went well enough. However during my second and third attempted uses, even after oiling the blades, I experienced a RIDICULOUS amount of tugging on my beard hair. I have to cut MUCH slower than before, and it's PAINFUL. On top of that, the plastic blade guards you attach to set your cut length are both (a) inconvenient, since you need to remove and replace them to change lengths, and that takes an annoying amount of force and is easy to hurt yourself while doing so, and (b) they don't even fit on very well, somewhat unevenly - one end sticks up higher than the other end no matter how I attach it. Therefore the cut is likely at least somewhat uneven. I really wanted to love this Wahl, but I'm definitely going to exchange it for another brand. Maybe the Panasonic wet/dry easy-adjust model (Panasonic appliances have always impressed me, and the convenience sounds like a big win) or maybe even just get another Philips-Norelco cheapie. It worked much better than this, for years - at half the price.

Comes with a bag to hold the MANY parts that come with it. Mostly use the nose hair tool, because my other Wahl has the built in blade height adjuster.

Like my last Wahl this one doesn’t properly charge it can be charging all day and will have a slight charge and like still blinks to be charged.

First I have to say this looked really cool. So cool that my 6 year old chose it as a gift for his father. My husband tried charging this razor for its first use and the charging cable did not fit appropriately. It was too loose and kept falling out / coming lose as it sat on the counter. My husband got so frustrated with this that we just returned it instead of exchanging it as we weren’t sure if this was a design flaw. So much for that Christmas gift.

It is a good trimmer for the length , however when you take the guards off and try to trim with the razor itself for your mustache it doesn't cut very good.

Trimmer often pulls facial hair. I previously owned the cheaper model before and it worked better until it decided not to work after a year or so.

This trimmer works, but just on an average level. No stand comes with it and there are literally dozens attachments. Way more than I need.

I had an older model the stopped working the attachment to it fit this one which is a good thing because I don't care for the newer ones.

the stainless steel look is great but i wish the blades stayed aligned better. these end up pulling my hair after a few uses.

Trimmer has already broken after only 3 uses. Would not run off after last use.

I shave once a week and this past time my razor head broke. Very disappointed.

We thought we were getting a higher quality trimmer since it is considerably more than the others. Both my husband and son said the trimmer pulls (even after it was oiled and with a guard on) I find it doesn’t cut very even either and I have to go over the same area several times to get desired results. We are disappointed

Very disappointed in the battery quality and life. Blades move too slowly. I have an old Norelco and the blades move very fast and the time between charges is better than the new Wahl. I like the attachments for the Wahl but end up using the old Norelco more frequently.

Sometimes it is not charging and sometimes it is not working. At times, you can stop this when it is running

The shaver looks great and has an excellent feel to it.

It’s not as smooth as I thought it would be. It’s a little heavy in the hand
