This was purchased to replace a Wahl trimmer that had exhausted its Lithium battery. This was an upgrade and was worth the price.

I almost purchased this trimmer at Walmart, but found a better price at Best Buy. I'm happy with the purchase and it works very well.

So the thing looks sleek and I was impressed with the battery life; felt like I hardly charged it at all. BUT, my main use for this trimmer was for the beard. I only ever used the #1, #1 1/2 and #2 (honestly way too many attachments to unpack, but at least there were many options). Every time my facial hair would get caught in between the trimmer blade and the attachment and almost yanked out of my face. Very painful. I tried different attachments but they all had the same results. I just flat out could not get a full stroke through the beard with solid pressure against the skin without the hairs getting caught. My one hang-up on BestBuy is their return policy. I waited too long to try the trimmer out before the return expired, so my brother ended up with a new barely used one. Doubt he'll have a different result than I did, but maybe his threshold for pain is higher than mine. Would not recommend this trimmer.

By outer look I liked it but it's not easy to use it and to adjust the length.

I purchased this product because I thought it was nice. Stainless steel, heavy duty feel, nice attachments. I bought the 2 year replacement plan and thank god I did. I'm on my 3rd one in 6 months. Various pieces breaking and blades not cutting AT ALL!!! My advice is definitely go in another direction or AT LEAST buy the replacement plan. VERY DISSATISFIED !!!

I read at other reviews that the power button has issues. Indeed. I have used this trimmer 3-4 times (all-in-all, about 60 min) and now, after 8 weeks, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to turn it OFF. What a piece of junk. I cannot believe I paid 90$ for it. I sent a complain to BB but no-one seems to care. AVOID

I Bought one last year and had problems with it turning on On its own and me being unable to shut it off so I returned it and have had the same problem with the newer one.

I had issues with this from day one. I had to fiddle with the charging cord to get the trimmer to charge, and the blad would cut my skin and draw blood. It didn't even last a year before it completely stopped working. It would not turn on nor charge

Very disappointed in this product! It won't charge and will be returned to Best Buy.
