This is a fresh look at the Beatles famous Hollywood Bowl concert, "Live at the Hollywood Bowl", a remastered and reconfigured update of the Los Angeles concert recording from 1964-65 and a supplement to the concert film "Eight Days a Week", but this release brings the music to the foreground. This is a strong musical and historical document, and a reminder of those great, past Beatlemania days.

I had seen this in record album form many years ago, but never on CD. Never thought it would be available until I bumped into it at Best Buy. The sound quality is much better than the record album.

I purchased this because I have all the other remastered releases in The Beatles catalog. Others may disagree, but I find this collection to be similar to the BBC Session releases...nice to have released but nothing I ever really want to listen to. The packaging is wonderful and audio quality is quite nice, just not the most necessary release to own if you are a casual Beatles fan.

This disc is part of history so that is the main reason to own this disc. While there are bonus tracks on this CD that weren't on the original "Hollywood Bowl" album, I still wish there was more music.

I own the original vinyl release of the Hollywood Bowl shows, and this remastered release is superb. The cleaned-up sound is dynamic and proves once and for all that The Beatles were a great live band.

Hey its The Beatles. Not much that can be said that hasn't. The sound on this cd is pretty good. Nice to hear the fabs live. If you are even a casual fan you will love this. Greataet Band .......EVER.

This is the expanded and improved version of the 1977 LP. The songs are great and the quality is excellent. The Beatles claimed they weren't a good live band by this time - this CD says otherwise.

The sound is outstanding! The performance rocks! The remix was done by George Martin's son Giles. Edited out was some of the screaming fans so that you can hear and enjoy the Beatles playing live.

Although this was originally released in 1977, the songs have been remastered to hear the performance over the screaming of the female fans. The Fab Four at their peak of their touring years!

What's not to like? A great album to have, updated with advanced technology, for any life-long Beatles fan. I purchased the actual album in 1977 so I knew what I was getting, only better.

What else do you need to know? If you're a fan, you need this. The improvements in the sonics that Giles Martin was able to get are impressive. Definitely a must have for any Beatles fan.

What a great playlist from this live collection! It gives me chills listening to it even after all these years. Such classic songs. My only complaint is that I wish it included more songs!

The quality of this is awesome, and it is a treat to hear live Beatles. They talk to the crowd and really put emotion into the music. What's crazy is how the fans never stop screaming.

Any CD with the Beatles is a fantastic CD. This is a remix from the original multi-track tapes Live At The Hollywood Bowl. The CD contains a booklet with articles about the Beatles.

Experience the Beatles as they had performed live. Great listening sound from a superior band. Everyone should be listening to their world changing music. Extremely enjoyable!

I had and still have the vinyl "Beatles at the Hollywood Bowl" since it came out in the '80s. The new cd version sounds great. I'm glad they finally got around to the cd release.

Just when you thought you'd heard all of the Beatles' work this incredible new production emerges. Great work to restore the original sound. A must have for any Beatles fan.

If you love the Beatles as I do, then this is a must for your collection. I do have a copy of this recording that was made from bootleg in England ...this recording Rocks...

Great to finally have an official release after the discontinued mix from the '70s. And to have it cleaned up and with the extra tracks. A great companion to the movie.
