nice case for this specific phone. limited color options

Hard to get it on the phone. Used assistance to do it it. Thought the sales help should have showed how to get it on the phone. Still a good product though.

Snapped right on, and stayed there. Seems sturdy enough.

It's very sturdy and a lovely pink. I like the opening for the camera. It is nice and large.

It saves the cell phone from breaking. I like the color.

It's colorful, plastic is eay to clean and sanitize. It is slightly textured, so it does not slip in my palm.

The product I purchased was what I needed and the service was very good.

Not so great once you have it. The advertisement read like it would be so simple for the "older" generation to manage it with ease. Not so. I purchased this phone my 85 y.o. Mother. She had another phone that she complained about for 3 years which I put off getting a different phone because I was convinced it was not the phone at all. Now she wants her old phone back. The home screen with the quick access tabs seemed to be easier since the tabs were larger, easier to see but they are more of a nuisance than a help. More steps to get where you want to go. All those tabs take up all screen space normally used to quickly access apps and normally you can have pages and pages of apps if you so desired. Not possible with this phone. Unless there's a way I cannot find to change the set up, she now has to go to "settings", "all apps" then scroll to find the app she wants to utilize whereas before, all you had to do is "wake up" the phone and all the apps, phone, text messaging, etc. icons were right there available, without having to click multiple steps to get what she wants to go. The phone is anything but simple, actually more complicated, involving more steps, if you use it for tasks other than phone calls and messaging. She also drops calls repeatedly. I'm not happy, she's not happy with this phone.
