Not as user friendly as the original jitterbug phone, too many steps to make a call or answer a call

Would be better if it answered when opened not having to press additional button. This was for a 92 year old and the simpler the better

I purchased the phone for my wife but had to return it because I couldn't get activated. I had to return that phone and get a replacement. I'm still waiting for the credit from Lively for the initial charge and have to call them again. As Best Buy had to do the set up I was charged the activation fee even though if you sign up yourself you are not charged.

Needed to replace flip phone for 90 year old and few 4g options. This is similar to old 3g phone so it was easy enough to use

Got this for my wife. She just wanted basic features. Phone work greats. Able to send and take pictures. Love it great services.

Did not work well. Hard to figure functions out for my elderly parents

The service representative at Best Buy was extremely helpful. The quality of the items bought are exceptional and the price is reasonable.

Great phone ifyou are not traveling outofa wifi zone. Receivescall where my samsung will not.

I could not use the phone because I bought it for my 98 yo mother and it was to complicated for her to use.

Bought this for my mom. She loves it! She especially likes that she can see the red alert in emergencies.

It does the job for my senior parent. It can get very expensive if you add features. No sim card. Activates by calling it like early 90s phones

We needed an extra phone that was reasonable and had reasonable minutes & texts. This phone was IT & seems to be filling its purpose,

I had to get a replacement phone because there was something wrong with receiving texts and getting voicemail notifications. I had to pay for the shipping to have the defective phone replaced even if it was not caused by me. Replacement phone works perfectly.

Very similar to the Jitterbug version but the Home Screen and options are still difficult to use for a senior who has dementia.

Not good for seniors. You have to push to many buttons to do anything. You must push OK after every selection and push OK just to answer the phone. It takes 5 steps just to make a phone call.

A simple to use "old style" flip phone. It does what a phone needs to do....make calls. That is all my partner wanted.
