Not for those who can't see well

My mother has had a great call phone for several years, and her last one died. I replaced it with this one. She couldn't use it because Great Call decided to move the buttons around. Why would you move buttons on a phone for those who can't see? It was as if I'd gone to her room and moved the furniture and expected her to be able to negotiate the room as she always has. Not a great call for Great Call. Had to return.

Rep too pushy and rude

My Mother already has a number she wanted to transfer. She hung up on me after I said I needed to consult my Mother first

Absolutely not meant for seniors!

The directions I had to write up for my mom to find a contact or check her voicemail are so long becuase of the way this terrible phone is set up.
