I want my money back

You have to hit ok three times to make a call. I tried taking back within 30 days and they said I only had 2 weeks. Thanks a lot for taking my money.

No speed dial.

That was the main feature I was looking for to make calling as simple as possible for my grandma. I would have gotten the cheaper trac phone that does have speed dial had I known. I don’t understand how a phone that is marketed to seniors doesn’t have a speed dial.

Disappointing set up and customer service

This is unacceptable . This phone is, currently, useless to me. Very dissappointed.

Sadly Best Buy could do nothing to help set it up for her so we returned it.

Not as Advertised

He has poor vision, so the "answer when opened" and speed dial were essential features. Unfortunately, neither feature works. Customer service, after three calls (on hold for nearly 30 minutes each time) finally fixed speed dial. Answer when opened still does not work. Also, the $14.99 plan, after hidden fees etc., is closer to $25. So, phone is crap and customer service is worse.
