This. Phone has been returned. This phone is from a low down non respectable company!!!! I would never purchase another phone from Best Buy. The worst phone & the sales does not tell you anything. Dirty & worst experience I have ever had.

Not overly impressed. Three different screens to "ok" to place a call seems a bit much. Got 2 Jitterbugs for mom & dad. Mom has dementia & this phone is proving too hard to handle for her

Said it was $14.99 a month. They wanted 40 to activate and it would be over 25 a month with added hidden fees. Not a good deal.

Does not work right. Too slow to boot up. Have to hold your finger down to long to make it come, same thing when trying to shut off. I am returning it. I think someone had already returned it.

Even though it doesn't have all the distracting smart phone features, it still is not easy for a senior to use.

This phone is terrible. It is not easy for my dad to use. It beeps randomly for no reason at all. It routinely states there is no SIM card or that it can’t connect to the service. You cannot send group text messages. I do not recommend getting this flip phone. After 2 months we are going back to AT&T and getting him an iPhone.

Navigating the phone for an elderly person is too confusing. The only good thing is the big buttons.

Buyer beware. Unlike the old jitterbug lively does NOT have speed dial. Not senior friendly. Purchased for my father and really upset as he does not know how to use as it is complicated for him to make phone calls.

If you are buying this for a senior, STOP! Great Call sales person said no internet required for Alexa to make calls. Not true! Even with an internet connection it's not simple. Plus buttons are not large enough. Sound quality so-so.

This phone is for the elderly and the vision impaired...making a voice call “Alexa launch Lively”...”Lively is ready”...”Call whomever”..”There are five whomevers, would you like me to call whomever”...”Yes”...Lively is calling whomever, is that OK”...”Yes” A 13 year old would rebel at this insanity. The Lively phone is useless.

I’d give a zero if possible. Its not the phone itself but the service is pathetic. Do not waste your time. After 4 days they still could not get the phone activated and had excuse after excuse. Avoid.

Purchased for mother in law to replace her 3g phone. It’s been over a month and her previous phone number has not transferred to new phone. Very frustrating. Have contacted Lively and previous carrier four times. Each time new person and new instructions.

User Guide does not cover important items. The phone is missing a delete function. The phone requires 3 to 5 keystrokes to do the most basic things, like make a phone call. The contact list is a cumbersome clicking down thru the entire set of names, ridiculous. I am NOT happy.
