    Buy it just for. The phone service. Have not wasted time on the phone but I've seen better in the original flip phones.

    Just cheap!! Buttons don’t work as easily for elderly as I expected and just not a good purchase… find something better, they are out there.

    Lively phone is definitely not easy for seniors to use and the service is horrible. Purchase for 92 year old parent. Unable to keep original phone number and instead of $19.99/mo after tax & fees the total is $34/mo. Don’t buy this phone for a senior!

    Phone functionality not what was advertised. Can only store 1 phone number per contact. Wireless dialing works poorly. Would not buy again.

    I PURCHASED THIS PHONE MAY 31. SO FAR I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TYPE OF SIGNAL OR ANY SERVICE. IT IS NOW JULY 2. I HAVE HAD NO PHONE SERVICE FOR ONE MONTH. THE COST OF THE PHONE PLUS $35 IN FEES HAS BEEN A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY !!!

    We had to return to a Verizon phone. Apparently there is a known connection issue between this phone and iPhone 11 and 12s (if you get the right customer service rep). One person could not hear the other person on the phone.

    Best Buy put the wrong IMEI number on my phone .They put a number that was attached to somebody else account so i cant activate my phone .they want me to travel to their store to fix this problem but i cant . this is their fault and they should deal with it

    Went in for a dumb, flip phone with prepay abilities and was sold this. It isnt a dumb phone, and there is a monthly plan. I did state several times what I was looking for and the associate was obviously just tuned out. I was finally able to cancel the plan, but am now stuck with a phone I will literally never use because the return policy expired.

    Horrible. We returned. Too hard for the elderly to make calls. Don’t waste your money. Buy an IPhone 12 mini. They still have home buttons. And he has no problems.

    Phone is beautiful but the costumer service at Lively sucks. Could NOT set up the service and then charged me a $15 "re-stocking" fee to give up on trying to set up the service! What the heck did they restock?!?!

    I got this phone for my mother thinking it would be easier for her as she has dementia, but the thing is awful. I'm not sure what makes it "senior friendly". It requires a lot of navigation to do the simplest things.

    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. Activation was complicated. Billing was set up, connection was not, on a call back. Lively called back TODAY!! We couldn't connect. Best Buy wouldn't take it back. Disaster! What to do with this new phone, that we can't use or return.

    Not as simple as it sounds. You just can’t buy the phone and have it work w Verizon. Must set up an account w Lively and than wait 3-4 days before it can be transferred to vzw. Not set up to work automatically or easily with vzw.

    The phone cannot connect to network. As a result I cannot make any calls. Also the date that is displayed is incorrect. It displays the date as January 28, 2020.
