My husband got this phone a year ago. He has Alzheimer's and Aphasia and I thought it would be easier for him to use. Although the button and labeling is easy to read, there are multiple steps for each function. For someone with cognitive challenges, this phone is not a good choice. It was hard for him to remember the steps it took, even for making phone call or text. I just canceled our service which I should have done six months ago.

The clerk was super nice. My husband is in a care center and we are working with him on using it. The sound is very good and the product is "tough" which is helpful in Jim's situation as it receives harsh use. The numbers show up nicely. All in all we are glad to have made the purchase. Thank you.

Good phone for the elderly. Easy to use and see the buttons

This flip phone is one my 81 yr old father can understand. I had one from Verizon, and he just couldn't figure out how to use it. Too many options maybe? This is simple. It is also heavier and fits his hand better

My 85yo dad is having trouble adapting to this version. He was used to the previous version. But overall its a great little phone for the elderly who don't care about smartphones.

Have not used it except once but so far so good. We only need a cell phone when we are in the car as we have a land line at home. Not a cheap flimsy phone. A good weight and seems well made. Screen and numbers are large. Very bright flashlight and many other tools - even FM radio and Alexa. Still haven't set everything up on it. Excellent guide included. Calling company to set up phone was easy, and I had no problem understanding the representative. This was purchased to replace a pay-as-you-go phone whose company has drastically changed for the worse. Hopefully, this phone and company will continue to perform as promised.

For our limited use of a cell phone, this one is great. It is easy to understand, has all the features we were looking for. I do recommend it, especially for seniors like us.

Really good phone for the elderly. My father in law, who’s 92, is able to use without having much trouble. The missed call feature with the red light is a little confusing but overall he has been able to learn the phone fairly quickly.

I love this little phone. For anyone who wants just a regular cell phone, but does not need all the extra stuff, or the cost, this Lively Jitterbug Flip2 Cell Phone for Seniors is wonderful! Very easy to use, more so than other phones of its type. I am retired, and I have a landline at home, which is my main phone to use. But I take my Lively phone with me when I go out. The reception is great. I'd recommend this phone to anyone who needs a basic cell phone. Excellent choice!

Bought for my 86yr old mother, last week, she likes the phone but be aware they recycle phone #s so the day after activation she was getting 20 text messages a day ,which cost her 10c for each in coming text. I called and had them change her number and they did credit her the money for the texts.also don't forget to figure in the taxes and fees each month, her 14.99 plan is actually 23.99 and don't forget the activation fee they don't tell you about! If you activate it your self on line it's $25 if you have them do it for you it's $35 that rubs me the wrong way but it is what it is..

Love the big numbers and size for my parents and the emergency button but keeps locking up on them. Maybe it’s a bad phone going to exchange it

The Lively-Jitterbug Cell Phone is a great phone. It is very easy to use. I use the alarm to tell me when to take my medicine. It is simple to use.

I love my phone. I can text and talk and that is it. Don't need all those other "bells and whistles". Cheaper phone bill too. Thank you for taking my order and the fact it was on sale and I saved $20.

great phone. just what I wanted. The big buttons are really easy to see and use. Fits great in my pocket or purse. Does what I want it to, don't need a phone to do everything just the basics. And this one does that. Love the long battery life, can go days without charging.

I'm so glad I purchased this for my father. He's using a cell phone now for the first time at 81 years old because its so easy for him to use. I've gotten him various smart phones in the past but he never used them because as he put it he couldn't figure them out. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

Good solution for elderly people. Basic phone with larger buttons
