I bought the phone for my 97-year-old mother. She likes the phone, but the customer service is not good. It is easy for her to use the phone, but when she has an issue with it, she needs considerable time to get through to customer service.

Solid flip phone that works well with a basic low cost monthly plan as well as higher priced, but still reasonable, plans available with more services. Navigating through screens can be clunky - more steps than I'm used to with other flip phones, but at least the buttons work w/o stuttering or missing a hit. Love the red option. Comes with actual print manual which this oldster finds refreshing.

Very nice compact and user friendly. Even easy to use for autritic hands.

I wish the volume could go higher for my mom - she's pretty deaf. Other than that, great phone!

I love this phone, first cell I had, can not afford expensive ones I live on ss. so easy to use and understand, when I got it over 3 or 4 yrs ago cost me a little over a hundred dollars to buy and get set up by company, it now cost 34 dollars a mnth to use. so easy to use and understand. I have never regreted getting this cell.

At 88 years of age, I’m enjoying my jitterbug. Enlarged #’s on the face are most helphful

I am very fond of my Jitterbug Flip2, and I have been using it on several occasions and in different situations since I purchased it in Midland, Texas two weeks ago. The people at Best Buy set it up for me and patiently explained how it works, and I am immensely pleased with it.

This is a good little phone. The sound is very clear, and it is easy to use.

Love this phone!! Easy to manipulate and operate. Has all the bells and whistles that a person needs, and if you need help with anything, they are very accommodating and solve all questions. I would recommend this cell phone to anyone, especially to seniors.

I like this phone. I needed a simple phone that can call and text with no internet and this is exactly what I wanted. It is a flip phone kinda old school, but I don't mind. The monthly pay is really low.

Easy to read and navigate with large and clear icons; plus my phone number is always there.

I am totally pleased with my purchase and rec'd the phone delivered to ny door in record time and the discount. I would advise any senior citizen to purchase this phone. It is a pleasure to use and has all the features I require and sooo easy to activate and use.
