Since I. haven't yet read the entire user guide, I can't yet give a full rating of this phone. However, it is the easiest phone and guide to comprehend of any I've ever tried. I'm looking forward to exploring the other things I can do with this phone.

Good phone and excellent service plan never changes

We needed a down-to-earth type phone - A PHONE!! This fits the bill exactly. No passwords or different keys to punch to make a phone call. Just open the case and make a call! Perfect!

I love my new phone. I purchased another different phone from a different site, but found it too complicated. I only needed the "basics" which this one is the great one to have. It is easy to use and easy to order. Thank you Best Buy.

While the phone is perfect for my husband, his eyesight is changing so use is a challenge, your associate reviewed the speed dial options which are working well.

I got this for my 93 year old mother whose old flip phone only had 3G service. It's harder for her to learn new things now, and she's not tech savvy AT ALL. This was the easiest choice for her to have to learn and I think she's going to be ok with it. I set it up with options as close to what she was used to as I could. I signed her up online, and later at her apartment we called Customer Service to have her number ported from US Cellular. Customer Service said it would take up to 3 days to do, but it was done within a couple hours. The lighted keyboard and large keys are a definite plus. One tip I would give to new users: add your contacts in reverse alphabetical order, the reason being that when you complete putting in a new contact, you have to scroll all the way back up to the top to choose the "add a contact" option. If you do it in reverse alphabetical order, you won't have to scroll so much and it will be less time-consuming.

I would have given this phone a possible 5 if the Alexa feature made phone calls. Bought for an 87 year old who would have used it. It is not supported on this device - other than asking the time plus the weather which will work. The smartphone Jitterbug would probably work that way but needed a simpler phone for my mother in law.

This is the third flip phone that Ive had, and by far the best I do not know. anything about texting so no coments .. Best buy knows their business.. Thanksa

Purchased phone for my elderly mother. She seems to like it. Took about a week to get her phone number switched to new phone, which was longer than I thought it should take, but that can happen dealing with cell phone companies.

I love my Lively flip 2 cell phone!! It is simple, orderly, common sense, not loaded with things I do not want or care to have. Directions are straight forward. The only thing I wish it had was the option to text with typewriter not numbers.

i bought this phone for my Husband. He really likes the phone. He had to get used to so it. However, after he learned how to use the phone, he is pleased with it.

only thing we don't like is we couldn't get a 605 number because my physical address your company wouldn't recognize, so can't use the 911. otherwise my folks can handle this phone for their age.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and outrage regarding the billing practices of Lively (formerly GreatCall). Three years ago, I purchased a Jitterbug phone for my mother, who, due to significant health issues, was residing in a rehabilitation facility. The purpose of this phone was to provide her with a simple means of communication. Unfortunately, due to her health condition, she was unable to use the phone. I called and believed that the phone had been canceled. Despite this, I recently received a bill from Lively demanding payment, after two years of nonservice, during which the phone was not used. They continued to charge her, until I made changes to her bank account. Then they sent me a bill demanding payment. I contacted your customer service department to explain the situation and rectify what is clearly a gross error. I was appalled to be told that it is not Lively's "job to police accounts." This response is unacceptable. It demonstrates a complete disregard for your customers, particularly vulnerable elderly individuals who rely on your services. I find it deeply disturbing that your company would continue to bill a customer for two years without any usage, effectively exploiting their circumstances. It is particularly egregious that you are willing to actively monitor accounts for overages, presumably to maximize profit, but refuse to acknowledge or address accounts with zero usage. How many other elderly customers have been similarly victimized? How many have had their limited income unjustly taken by your company? the following: * Immediate cancellation of any outstanding charges * A full refund of all payments made over the past two years. * A formal apology for the distress and financial burden caused by your company's negligence. * A review of your billing practices to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future. I am disgusted by Lively's lack of empathy and predatory behavior towards vulnerable customers. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Failure to address this issue will result in further action, including filing complaints with consumer protection agencies and sharing my experience with relevant media outlets.

Have not use it very long, but it is very easy for the elderly to use. Lively who activated the phone customer service are the best.

Large screen and large buttons. For sight impaired, better than a smart phone. Inexpensive for the phone and for the associated cell service. Best Buy was very helpful.

This is advertised as a phone for seniors, but I found it very annoying to have to push the Ok button so often. It has great sound and it is what I wanted so I could carry in my pocket.
