I bought this phone for my 90 year old aunt. It is easy for her to open to answer and close to hang up. The keypad could be a little bigger but if she is careful, she can push buttons to make a call. Seniors don't need all the bells and whistles, it gets too confusing for her Also, she has difficulty finding the correct place to hold the phone so she can hear and be heard. The volume controls need to be visible and marked

Working great for my mother who is 91 years old and not into technology.

Purchased for my parents and took it back, they prefer 20th century items, never activated it so can't really comment on quality, camera, and battery life.

It works as advertised. user friendly and easy to operate.

Setup is horrid. Phone menu choices don’t work and when I finally got to someone they couldn’t hear me. Hopefully the phone works better. Finally got someone and they had to transfer me. But there phone wasn’t working. Finally got someone. Slow process. Hopefully the phone works better

I bought this phone for my 88-year old mother who was struggling more and more with her Samsung A50. So disappointed. Previous answered questions indicate that for a full year they've been "working on" the 2 features I needed for it to have to make it easier for her - flip to answer and speed dial - but now they're saying a software upgrade will be pushed out mid- January 2022 that will allow these features. The worst part - they're both in the owners manual that came with the phone we purchased in December 2021! Customer service, when you can get through, is inconsistent - one agent said that she could push the update of I had the phone. When I had the phone in my hand and called back, the agent who answered my call said that all customers were getting it mid- January and not before. Too bad, so sad. One time I chose to take advantage of the call back option for customer service and was told my wait time would be 14 minutes. The call back came a full 24 hours later! When I answered the call they asked if I'd be willing to take a survey after the call. Sure, why not. NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CAME ON THE LINE, but when the survey did and asked me how well they did, I wish I could have given them zeroes. They did give me 2 minutes to record a response. Boy, did I. The one time I was helping her with her voicemail using the speaker, there was tons of static. I didn't think there was a volume issue as others have indicated, but the speaker sound quality was so poor, I can't see her using it. If I thought she would be ok with another change I would return it. I can't even imagine why a company that markets their product for seniors would launch a product that is so misleading and hard for a tech-challenged person to use. If you're considering for someone you love, at least wait until February 1, 2022 when it will hopefully be shipped with all the features they claim it's supposed to have.
