The Jitterbug cell phone is working out great for my mom, since she needed a phone for people that are hard of hearing. It was quite a bit of work though getting the number ported from my previous cell phone company. Also the Best Buy representative did not tell me when I was activating the phone that I was not immediately getting the number from the previous company.

My 81 year young mom can't operate it at all buttons are big enough

the phone is quite easy to which I like. the buttons are nice and big.

Walked in, said I wanted Jitterbug 2, the clerk brought it to me, asked if he could activate it for me and set up my service, all in about 7or 8 minutes and I was out to door with my purchase. I really like the phone. Spent 4 1/2 days with Net 10 on phone and still was not set up, so I cancelled their service and sent their phone back.

Arrived quickly-was easy to set up and I was able to keep my old phone number

It is too complicated for myself (83 years old). I cannot check messages and sometimes cannot dial a call thru. I hear well but can hardly hear the buzzing. I can write e-mails on a computer but too complicated to do anything else. This phone is supposed to be for Seniors but I don't know anyone who can use it. Elaine Mac

Love my new Jitterbug. It’s compact and easy to use.

Easy to use. The size of it fits in my pocket. Loud enough to hear.

Purchased for a legally blind senior based on voice activated calling (the only phone with it.) using Alexa/Lively, GreatCall/Amazon partnership. Amazon has updated the Alexa app which is no longer compatible or not working with Lively for assistance in making Calls. Based on other reviews this has been going on since January 2022 and is still not rectified for the customers purchasing the Jitterbug Flip2.

The previous model of this phone was more user friendly for elderly people this newer one flip2 is not user friendly for the elderly, plus when picking up the new it already had been applied to someone else account had to go back get another one

An excellent phone for someone, like me, who would rather not deal with a mobile phone at all. The phone operations are much more intuitive and easy to use that all the other models I've seen. The user manual is very detailed with step-by-step instructions for the new mobile phone user. I recommend!

I haven't had a need to use it for anything yet. I thought it may be handy in case of an accident or a emergency.

product was purchesed for father. The service map indicated it was good. Upon using phone on campus, it never worked, Upon attempt to return, they said we were a couple days over. This is a best buy branded devide. So much for customer satification. There also provided false advertising that it would cost $14.00 ended up $24.00. Dont waste your time.

Great phone for my 85 year old mother! Perfect for someone that mostly likes to make calls.

Easy to use,good sound quality in speakerfone mode. Very intuitive when using it , not complicated for a technologically impaired person to use. Great help from the Best Buy employee who took care of activating the phone.
