This review is on phone servicer. Had service for eight months didn't use for the first 3 months till completed move to this area code. Receive 10 to 20 calls during weekdays from spam numbers trying to sell random things to scammers trying to get personal information.. When you can finally get through to lively customer service they tell you not to answer calls. 1. Phone is used to communicate so do not answer does not work. 2. I am making calls to set up utilities and change insurance and realigning everything to this new living area and people need to call and talk to me to help me do this. Not answering does not work. Lively owned by Best Buy Health does not participate in the FCC program the larger carriers do to help eliminate spam and scam calls. Overall, I do not recommend this cell service carrier because who has time to deal with spammers and scammers 10 to 20 times per day.

...Then it is.... Problems with porting my phone over left me phoneless for most of the day, as both cell phones (old and new) stopped working. Then, after two hours of online "troubleshooting," the lively phone started working. Well, sort of. Until the next day, when I found out my voice mail doesn't work . Well, it sort of works...maybe... More troubleshooting until my call was disconnected.... Did lively call back? No. No one ever tells you that a second phone is needed when you set up new service. Like my good old reliable land line....

My 81 year young mom can't operate it at all buttons are big enough

Walked in, said I wanted Jitterbug 2, the clerk brought it to me, asked if he could activate it for me and set up my service, all in about 7or 8 minutes and I was out to door with my purchase. I really like the phone. Spent 4 1/2 days with Net 10 on phone and still was not set up, so I cancelled their service and sent their phone back.

Easy to use. The size of it fits in my pocket. Loud enough to hear.

It is too complicated for myself (83 years old). I cannot check messages and sometimes cannot dial a call thru. I hear well but can hardly hear the buzzing. I can write e-mails on a computer but too complicated to do anything else. This phone is supposed to be for Seniors but I don't know anyone who can use it. Elaine Mac

Purchased for a legally blind senior based on voice activated calling (the only phone with it.) using Alexa/Lively, GreatCall/Amazon partnership. Amazon has updated the Alexa app which is no longer compatible or not working with Lively for assistance in making Calls. Based on other reviews this has been going on since January 2022 and is still not rectified for the customers purchasing the Jitterbug Flip2.

An excellent phone for someone, like me, who would rather not deal with a mobile phone at all. The phone operations are much more intuitive and easy to use that all the other models I've seen. The user manual is very detailed with step-by-step instructions for the new mobile phone user. I recommend!

I haven't had a need to use it for anything yet. I thought it may be handy in case of an accident or a emergency.

The previous model of this phone was more user friendly for elderly people this newer one flip2 is not user friendly for the elderly, plus when picking up the new it already had been applied to someone else account had to go back get another one

Easy to use,good sound quality in speakerfone mode. Very intuitive when using it , not complicated for a technologically impaired person to use. Great help from the Best Buy employee who took care of activating the phone.

Great phone for my 85 year old mother! Perfect for someone that mostly likes to make calls.

My husband who does not want to mess with anything new and does not like especially different phones, loves this one. As his wife I am shocked. He runs errands and calls me at home more than is necessary. He also loves the color. He caught on very quickly on the s rolling buttons.

I found it easy to read the instructions on using the phone. Not complicated to use. One thing that is also great is the battery does not run down fast like most cell phones. Easy to find since it is red. Knowing I have the emergency button I hope I never have to use.
