Very easy to use my mother is 80 years old and been trying to use many cell phones however she can use this one with ease without any help or problems

Wish volume was louder and have the 80 retro phone ring. Otherwise my disable sister could handle it.

This is a great very basic cell phone. My wife has dementia and was struggling to use her I-Phone. I came in changed plans away from Xfinity and bought two of these phone. Very easy to use although it was somewhat of a challenge to my wife. Great value.

This Jitterbug Flip2 phone replaced my old one which was beginning to die from old age. This new works great.

I purchased this Jitterbug for my mother-in-law who is in her eighties and not very receptive to technology. Amazingly she was not at all intimidated and started using it right away. The people at Best Buy in Selinsgrove made the purchase and set up very easy. I cannot thank them enough for their help.

Best phone for adults or children no WiFi or apps to download. Safe and cheap !

I love this simple phone. My parents who are not tech savvy can use it with ease. And the emergency button on the phone!!! Excellent!!

As I have always said a old person as myself at the age of 82 the simple ways are the best ways for me for the younger people do understand the fast moving ways of today but for me simple ways are the easier ways for think back many years when we had operators to talk to us and they gave us our connection to whom we were trying to call . The moderate ways are to complicated ,but the jitterbug is what I feel comfortable using so easy to understand as well as use.

Very happy with this phone except it came with a recently used phone number and my husband is still getting texts and calls from people looking for the previous user. Seems like they could have used a longer retired number.

Got this for my 90 year old mother in law! She loves it and it’s easy for her to see and use. I was shocked how simple and easy it was to set it up for her needs! Highly recommend this for our seniors and super seniors!

This phone works very well for what it is. I got it for my elderly mother to carry with her. It has physical number keys, and is simple to use. We don't use the emergency call button feature (she has other arrangements) but this phone is perfect for her

The phone itself is great. Nice easy to read screens. Battery recharges quickly and holds charge for a long time. Unfortunately the software running it is very user unfriendly. It takes too many button presses just to make a simple call. It should have speed dialing where certain important contacts are assigned a single digit so an elderly person could open the phone and just press and hold one number and the phone would dial the person associated with that number. It should have call waiting so while talking to one person you could see that someone else is trying to reach you and you'd be able to switch over to that new caller. As it is now if you're already using the phone another person trying to reach you is sent directly to your voice mail. If they choose not to leave a message you're not even notified you had a missed call. I would never recommend this phone for an elderly person.

Purchased for my 91 year old mother. She's hard of hearing, visually challenged and isn't keen on learning something new so the 30 day return policy was a must. I'm happy to say so far so good! Speaker volume is good and there's a lot of adjustments to make reading the screen easier. We are having issues with speed dial and wasn't successful getting help in the evening so I'll try again earlier in the day. Charging base is wonderful!

Bought this flip phone for my 98 year old mother. We wanted something small, inexpensive, and easy to use for phone calls. This phone is working out well....just flip the phone open when it rings and flip it closed to end the call. Cant get much easier than that.

The Jitterbug Flip 2 is a good cell phone for all Seniors to purchase. I'm glad I made the purchase.
