I am 87 years old and the simplicity to operate the Jitterbug means a lot to me. I find it extremely easy to negotiate. I had a Jitterbug 10 years ago but was encouraged to use a more sophisticated cell. I never got full control of it so I am back to my favorite - the Jitterbug.

My 98 year old mom took about 3 weeks to learn how to use the basic functions of this flip phone after her other one broke. I need to make her some notes on making a call, answering the phone, etc. The manual was clear enough for a younger person. I am happy to say that she is getting used to her phone and she likes the red color.

This is a great phone for my grandparents, they love it because they find other phones complicated.

this is the first cell phone the senior in our family has had so everything about it is new to him. he does find it easy to use the basic functions, we did enter names and phone numbers to the memory for him. having the emergency button and an app on our phones to alert us when the button is pressed is very reassuring.

I love this simple phone. My parents who are not tech savvy can use it with ease. And the emergency button on the phone!!! Excellent!!

Very happy with this phone except it came with a recently used phone number and my husband is still getting texts and calls from people looking for the previous user. Seems like they could have used a longer retired number.

I bought this phone as a replacement for my brother's older cell phone. So far, he has not had any complaints.

I like the big buttons and the directional arrows that guide me through the settings. My last phone had a circular bar that was hard to see especially since I have glaucoma. I love the pretty red color which makes it easier to spot.

A good phone for seniors. It doesn't have all the bells & whistles, so if that is overwhelming this is just something that will work to talk with those important to you.

Yes, Very basic but the large keys make it user friendly for seniors with restricted eyesight.

Better flip phone than my husband had. I waited for a sale. This phone is easy to set up and has what he needs like speed dial and larger screen. Customer service is no waiting and ready to help. I was even able to transfer his old number and now paying less per month. 4 stars because it's a flip phone could be a 5 because it is the best one I have used.

Cellular data doesn’t work in a lot of places. Overall it works great

The Lively Jitterbug Flip2 Cell Phone Seniors Gray has been great. Its enough for what I want and need. The wife got her red one 3 years ago and has droped it a few times, yet her phone still works. Still looks good. We will stand by them. We like the clamp shell phones for the extra protection. If someone would do something like this for Smart Phones we'd have them. Why doesn't someone make the Smart Phones to open like a book, then you swing it all around to the back the front cover. The cover would hook to the back and its out of the way. When done with call or calls you press something little button and the front cover swing back closing up this type of Smart Phone.
