The Jitterbug phone has been an excellent choice for my elderly mother. It is easy to read and easy to operate. It accompanies the Lively phone plan which is economically priced at $19.99/mo. Although my mom doesn't use it, it even has a camera! She really likes her phone.

Great phone for an elderly / non-tech type. Easy to set up and use.

Customer service person, Deb, was very helpful getting the phone set up and ready to use. I felt very comfortable leaving the store with a phone ready to use. I've never had a cell phone before, so I was a little hesitant in this purchase. With help from the service counter, I'm using the phone with ease.

We bought this phone for my husband who uses a phone only for phoning, not even texting. So it's perfect. He had tried two other flip phones and they were unwieldy--tried to be smart phones as well. Not user friendly. This one is, though there are a couple of changes I would make to do things faster like deleting calls, etc. All in all, he is very satisfied, plus the customer support is fantastic.

Husband is hard of hearing and not tech savvy. Having no success with other flip phones, he decided to try the Jitterbug. He hears well with it and is continuing to learn to navigate it.

Great item for technically challenged seniors. Easy to use and understand. Being used by an 85 year old and it's perfect. Has a lot of bells and whistles but in a "simple" format.

If you only want to phone, receive and send text messages this is the right cell for the right price. With a tight budget at hand I could only afford to spend 35 dollars max. on a payment plan so this was the solution for me. It even comes with a camera so you can still take pictures of your loved ones.

I got this phone for my Mother, i programed it for her, it was an easy setup, Mom really likes it alot, easy for her use, your associate was very helpful also, I want to thank all that was involved, Sincerely JJ

Very efficient phone. Easy to use, lightweight, and more efficient than the AT&T phone I had. Very strong battery.

So far it's been a great addition to my peace of mind with the added features of being able to get the location and have a one touch help call for my mother all that added security is nice the phone feels well constructed and the buttons are a good size sofar we have been happy with the phone

With my mother being blind we could not get her a touchscreen phone. This flip phone was perfect for her and it even has a screenreader specifically for the vesion inpared.

Purchased one for my mom and one for my uncle. Large number for them to see. They are very comfortable using a flip phone. They are so glad they still make them. Open the phone when it rings and it automatically answers which is a big plus. Flip closed to hang up. Great features for the elderly.

Overall this product is pretty user friendly but the instruction booklet should contain info on how to delete RECENT CALLS. I had to call Customer Care and they were kind of stumped on something that should be so straightforward. They told me the calls will drop off automatically and I trust that will happen. Also, I would suggest a different design for the VOLUME buttons on the side of the phone. When holding the phone, your hand automatically goes to the VOLUME buttons and inadvertently you can lower the volume. The elderly person for whom I purchased this phone is not hearing the phone ring because she is not aware that she is pressing the "decrease Volume" button.

I do NOT recommend this phone. My mother has had nothing but problems with it. It works intermittently so my mother never knows if she's going to be able to make or receive a call. When it's not working the red help button also doesn't work. We got her this phone so she would be able to call out if she needed to reach someone in her family and for emergencies she could push the red button. The LIvely customer service representatives are nice but they haven't been able to help us and this is after waiting on average 25 minutes. Since I was tired of waiting so long I decided to start emailing and in a week have NOT heard back from them. Why did we spend money for something that doesn't work and where they don't respond to their customer service emails.

Bought for my mom who is 91. Easy to explain and use with her. Very hard of hearing but with this ohine she hears all conversation. Great phone!!

Best Buy in my area has very knowledgeable staff and technicians. Friendly, courteous and a ready willingness to assist me. Bought the phone for my Father (age 92):who wears two hearing aids and he LOVES this phone. Easy for him to use and the apps are easy for him to incorporate.

Great Call or Lively phone is a great size. My 80 yr old mother can see everything and do eveeything because the buttons are big and the menu is very simple. The only problem i have is she touches the buttons on the side which control the volume so sometimes the volume is down. The company should put a lock button so the volume is locked wheee you put it. Love the color and love that she can hit the Emergency button and get help when she needs it. Great sale price i paid and great packages and good prices they offer. Very nice representatives when you call to activate phone.

Purchased for an elderly first time cell phone users. Cancelled existing landline phone. This can be on the person instead of trying to rush to a phone on the wall two or three rooms away and find it is only a waste of energy, a telemarketer and or robo caller. Neither gets around very well anymore and the help button is a great feature.
