My only complaint is this was a Best Buy online curbside pickup order and the delivery was an unseed and opened box. Clearly this was a return and resold as new/factory reset, I'm not stupid BB. That aside, the activation card was missing but all other documentation was in order and there was zero marks on the device. The activation took a few hours since no card = call in for activation. Once the activation completed the phone interface is what you'd expect. I think it's great. Basic no frills crystal clear sound and I mean crystal clear. Lots of good ring tones, nice size ear screen with good basic controls. No hidden controls so if you use the mouse, the confirm action is a separate button so all actions have to be deliberate. I bought the Health and Saftey add on which enables the emergency button and for an added cost (there are 3 tiers of the Health and Saftey plan) added the personal operator for them. They can locate within 15 feet of the phone (GPS broadcast) The texting is pre-last gen but it works. Basic texting is all you need. Alexa works, yes it does but only connecting it to your account. Otherwise it says all it can do is control your phone which it doesn't do at all and 3/4 of the time when it does work. Calls are again, very ear and the sound is amazing. I'd say better then my Note 10+ on Sprint/T-Mobile. The support was patient because the activation server was down for a few hours. Read the directions before turning the phone on like I did (it says don't turn it on prior to activation all over every side/flap and on the physical unit of the phone) . It will literally save you possibly having to rerun the phone. Activate the account online or by phone first then when instructed turn it on. Has wifi 2 and 5 which is awesome and intuitive connection so set it up then it'll connect when it's in range like it should. Camera sucks but you get a 2mp camera. It's something at least. Looks pretty, Candy Apple Red. Good build.

User friendly for my 86 year old mother-in-law. She can understand this much better.

My mother in law loves it! Perfect phone for elderly who do not want a "Smart Phone". Very easy to use!

This is the best phone for my elderly mother. She doesn't have a lot of technology, but she can use this. It's small and easy for her to use.

My dad loves simple phones and this was a match for him.

There are some draw backs with this phone if you are considering it as a purchase for a senior. First, the max sound levels are not so max, more like medium. Ring tone choices are also very similar in timing and tone, therefore not very appealing to some seniors. Answering the phone only provides the choice of answer or ignore. BLOCK should also be available in todays climate of poisonous phone phishing and snake oil sales calls. If you choose NO to purchase texting for senior, there is no way to block incoming Texts and they will be billed per letter. For a phone designed for senior, its missing ...give this 67 yr. old a break! I share no plan. I'm on a tight budget. I need a phone. This will serve the purpose... for now.

Although advertised for seniors and certainly simpler than “smart” phones, this phone is still not simple to set up and use.

i bought this ph for my husband he needed one that was easy to use & didn't have lots of complicated features. I had one years ago loved it because it was easy to use. He has hearing problems but this ph he is able to hear clearly on it. The large numbers & view of features is also helpful for him. the guy who helped me at Best buy was helpful tried setting up the activation for me spent many minutes but the site was not allowing him to complete the task. I came home was able to set it up easily. I wanted a red one none available so he set one aside from the next shipment. Very thoughtful of him.

My elderly Dad had a hard time hearing other flip phones he tried and trouble with the small key pads. This is the first phone he can hear every time and see with ease. We love it!

This is the second Jitterbug Flip phone I have purchased for my mom. The first one was having hardware issues after two years. I could not get support for determining the issue so just decided to buy a new one as it was on sale. Phone is basic but does enough for her purposes.

Best thing ive done for my elderly mom, we ported over her landline to this cell phone company, easy to operate, sound quality is awesome.

This phone is perfect for my 89 year old aunt who can not see very well. I added Alexa to it an my aunt talks to Alexa to connect the calls for her

This phone was purchased for my husband's Mother; she is 92 years old. We are so happy that we made this purchase for her; it is so 'User Friendly', especially for the elderly. Thank you for offering this product at such an affordable price.

bought this for someone that did NOT want to text, surf the net, do selfies, or play games! just needed a phone for emergency use... simple - to the point - and easy for her to use....

I think that this is a better option than the lg phone I purchased for him

First of all, the company recycles the phone numbers of their dead customrs - so your loved one will be receiving collection calls from the previous users of the phone day and night. This is very confusing for someone with dimentia. Secondly, the online portal is very confusing and we were unable to to get into our online account to manage the account. My father with dimentia was not able to use this phone as the calls for Lively's past customers was very confusing to him Probably best to get your loved one a land line. Also my dad could not keep up with charging the phone and he also lost it frequetly. A land line would have been better.

The best flip top phone I have ever had. It's great for senior citizens. It's very sophisticated for flip phone. Finally, I bought a great phone This one, my husband is planning on using. I will use the red one.

It’s a great little phone for Senior citizens who are intimidated by IPhones. I bought it for my 91 year old mother and she can navigate it pretty well.
