This phone was for my 93 year old mom. Previous phones were confusing for her because she is not computer savvy at all. The Jitterbug is so much easier for her.

I bought this for my mom. It's easy to use especially for seniors. I love that it has features that keep seniors safe if they need help both at home and on the road.

Purchased this phone for a 94 year old person because of the ads regarding the ease of use. Buttons are larger and more spread out making it easier to use. But, the sound is on the side where you hold to the phone while speaking so you can accidentally lower the ring volume without realizing it. The ring volume is no louder than the previous phone they used even on max. The various phone information lists such as contacts and missed calls are still confusing for them to locate to call someone. They must go through several steps before dialing.

Once again, my purchase of my new jitterbug flip phone was a very excellent experience. The sales associate who helped me was more than outstanding and very helpful throughout the process. I couldn't have done the startup of my phone on my own. My first time, He helped me through the whole process and made me feel more confident when it came to use my new phone. Bought this for my brother with disabilities. He needed the buttons to push to dial, but the phone is still really challenging for someone with fine motor challenges.

There were no promotions when I bought my Jitterbug cell phone. When my friend bought his Jitterbug he got a great price.

First of all, the company recycles the phone numbers of their dead customrs - so your loved one will be receiving collection calls from the previous users of the phone day and night. This is very confusing for someone with dimentia. Secondly, the online portal is very confusing and we were unable to to get into our online account to manage the account. My father with dimentia was not able to use this phone as the calls for Lively's past customers was very confusing to him Probably best to get your loved one a land line. Also my dad could not keep up with charging the phone and he also lost it frequetly. A land line would have been better.

Easy to use phone needed for a non technical person.

Great phone for the price and monthly fee. i got one for my wife who doesn't need any features other than being able to make a call when necessary. Battery life is not a concern because the phone is only used rarely.

My mother converted to the Jitterbug flip phone after she could no longer manage the Jitterbug smartphone. It's been a delight for herto connect again with others.

This is a very good option to use only at home, to be in contact with my loved ones, no internet or nothing else, just to be in touch, and not expensive.

This is a great 'security' phone to always have in my purse for emergencies; fits easily in my jacket pocket; Lively makes it very easy to use for both texting and phone calls.

The buttons are big enough to read, and they function easily so far they all work and the screen is ever good enough for you to see it. And it works well for the Price

It was exactly what I was looking for. My mom who has lost her hearing and some of vision, I like to keep up with her during the day while I’m at work. This allows her to call me and see all the numbers. Also screen is very clear. The phone is easy to use and I there is an emergency button she can use
