My husband can't operate a smart phone. This is perfect for him. He is 82 and has dementia. I searched a long time for a phone that would fit his needs. Perfect.

I bought this phone for my 94 year old mother as a replacement for a Cricket phone that she has struggled with. She had the Jitterbug flip phone years ago and had other phones since, but this was her favorite. There is a You Tube video of a review of this phone that is also very helpful. The best features are that it is easy to navigate and it's easy to find the speaker button. With older hands that have trouble with small buttons, this phone solve this issue.

Love it it fits prefect for my mother. She doesnt have to go to school to learn to use her phone and it helps with the memory.

Great cell phone big numbers perfect for elderly people

This has nothing to,do,with Best Buy it’s solely lively. Worst customer service possible. Got this for my mom it is not that easy to do. An actual cell phone would be easier but due to there dexterity this one was supposed to be easier. Once you became a customer, the customer service was non existent. Had phone for 48hrs and got rid of it. I used my actual phone and the jitterbug phone at same time to get a hold of customer service after total time 1.5 hrs on 2 separate occasions they picked up on my personal phone never on the jitterbug phone. So if my mother called them from the actual phone for something she’d never get a hold of them…or at least it would be hours. Shame on them. Unreal awful.

My mom has been wanting a more simple, easier-to-use cell phone. She really likes the Jitterbug Flip2 so far. It is also easier for her to hear the person speaking to her on this phone.

Very easy to set up and use. Got it for my wife and she loves it.

Phone is pretty basic for an older person, but the sound button is in a bad place and volume gets changed easily, also, too many clicks to place a call was confusing for my mother.

After doing careful research, I found there are not many cell phones available for seniors. My 98-year-old father-in-law, who is a World War II veteran, has difficulty with his vision and needed a cell phone with enhanced characters. The Lively Jitterbug Flip2 cell phone was the perfect solution for his use. The numbers are easy to read, and the service plan is very affordable. Thank you, Best Buy!

This is actually a replacement phone for my 96 YO mom, but we recently acquired an Echo dot, so have added Alexa access features to the normal calling and Lively emergency service she previously enjoyed. She does have a bit of trouble opening it with her increasingly arthritic fingers so we try to leave it open for her (saves on accidentally answering spam calls!) and she seems to have no trouble making and receiving calls!

This was boight for my father in law. Is a great phone and makes his life easier as the smart phone was more than he could navigate.

This phone was very easy to set up. It was also fairly easy for my 84 year old mother to use. Very happy with purchase.

Bought it for a friend who doesn't use cell phones. Got it so she could call for help if she had car problems. She has used it twice for emergencies and it worked great.

This phone does many things, not just make and receive calls. Flash light, magnification glass, etc. It has been an adventure to discover all it can do. I needed the help of a Geek. It fits in my pocket so I have it near all the time. It charges quickly. Many useful adjustments like ring volume. It has a great speaker option so others can join a conversation. Many contacts can be added. But they have to be added one by one, not copied from another device. Good value because you can pay less per month when you opt out of features you do not want.

Had to purchase new phone for spouse with dementia as the old phone got lost. Could not use old Samsung so wanted something simple to use and Lively phone fit the bill.
