    I purchased this phone for my mother who has Alzheimers. She had been a GreatCall customer for a couple years and I'm assuming Lively bought the company. This is a simple phone to use. My only complaint is that the features changed slightly from the previous GreatCall phone which she was very used to so that has caused her problems. We have had the phone for two weeks now and she still requires help placing a call.

    i really cant give a review because after i bought the phone i had to return it the next day because lively s service was down. I tried for two days and got no service so i returned the phone to best buy.

    I like many of the features, for instance the easier access with everything concerning Contacts, that this phone provides. Another feature would be the charging port.
