Great Service, Great product great prices, works very well

I got two of these one for my mother and father. I have spent hrs trying to teach both my elderly parents how to use a smart phone & I thought the flip phone would be easier for them, & it is to a certain extent. I have tried to program the speed dail features on my dad's phone and it still has not configured. I really don't understand why. So I am gonna have to call customer support again. I would think the process of activating the phones and programing would be straight forward and easy. But its really not. I am glad they both can dial out but my folks have to enter in the full number every time. If you wanna get this for convenience for you and your elderly parents I do not recommend. It will take a long till your done

Bought this phone for my 92 yr old Dad. He has already used the emergency button several times. Highly recommend.

Love the color and it works just fine with a easy to use menu.

I bought this for my mom who doesn’t handle technology well. It is a great little phone for someone who doesn’t want a smart phone. She can call and text and Lively has operators available to call a Lyft ride or help with any emergencies. It also has a magnifier, a camera, a flashlight and a calculator. Lots of handy features. And the red phone is really nice looking. The phone is relatively small (but the letters on the screen are not) so I bought a case on a lanyard on Amazon so she can wear it around her neck. But plan to spend some time getting it activated. I struggled a bit with that and spent nearly two hours getting it done. There are people who can help, but only during regular business hours. A great buy on a Best Buy sale.

Exactly what I was looking for. Being a senior citizen and not much of a techie, I am totally pleased with this purchase.

While there are large buttons for dialing out, we were unable to increase the font to see the incoming phone numbers.

Easy to set up, great customer service with Lively. Easy to use phone.

Overall ok but has issues. This was purchased for my father. 1) Voicemail. I needed to call Lively to have this added to his phone. After adding when I see a message I have to turn off his phone and back on to access the message. 2) He tends to use the speakerphone which automatically changes the ring to silent so he will miss several calls until I change it back to Max volume. 3) Adding contacts when new. No option to transfer from SIM card. I had to manually enter each contact. 4) Not good for text since you have to scroll to the correct letter on each pad. This is normal for this type of phone and my dad doesn't text so ok. 5) The limited number of options in the software for viewing numbers and other menus is lacking.

Great phone for seniors. My grandmother can actually use this phone

This phone is for my wife, she is getting along very good. This phone is a lot easier for her than the old one. The bigger numbers and the simpler functions help her use it. Thank you.

Phone very easy to use. Just the right size to put in my purse.

Jitterbug must have taken the specs from an old flip phone and removed some code without thinking about seniors will be using it. They should have their developer spend a day with different types of seniors. Some with Dementia, some with eyesight trouble, Some with limited hearing. 1) My 91 year old friend forgets to press the speaker button when answering. 1) Please add a phone setting for speaker default on/off. Have a bright light with a setting to blink for an incoming call. Have an LED on front and back so the user does not have to remember to have it face up. 3) There needs to be functionality to see what the Speed Dial buttons are set to. Now I have to add a new contact to the Speed Dial to see what they were. 4) have a screen that can be defaulted to see the list of names in Speed dial wnen opening the phone. 5) The user needs to navigate to contacts, person, edit, then press on number. Then update Speed dial for the contact. Move the speed dial to the screen with the other contact settings. 6) How do I use favorites

The phone is a high quality phone for my 93 y/o mother in law. It’s big numbers clear to use and see. The company was extremely helpful with transferring her phone number from Tracfone who was not accommodating. It was nice to talk to people that were actually in this country and understood what you needed. Great phone and customer service.

This phone we bought for my 90 year old mother. It worked great and gave us the piece of mind knowing it was protecting her. She passed away in June of this year and the company Lively even waived all charges for the month that she passed away. Great Phone Great Company

An OK phone for an old cogger like me...no frills, just talk and text.

Love, love, love this phone! Had a smart phone for 3 years and hated it. I am 74 years, this phone is perfect.

i really cant give a review because after i bought the phone i had to return it the next day because lively s service was down. I tried for two days and got no service so i returned the phone to best buy.
