phone stopped making outgoing (and probably incoming) calls. messed with it for 90 minutes, got it eorking, gave back to primary user and it stopped again. in desperation called help line and was advised phine needed an update to fix "call not sent" error message. downloading took about 15 minutes. seems to work, but no notification that update was available

Easy for the most part but the dialing process from Contact to call is a bit tedious especially for an elderly person.

Not too bad, just a challenge getting set-up and the alexa feature not working well.... Better then the medical alert he had....

I purchased this phone for my mother and has been a great purchase for tech. challenged user. A great phone for the basic phone user, with a few additional options if desired, such as texting and basic data functions. Also, cost was quite minimal compared to other options available. Setup and provider activation was very easy!

Easy to use and Lively is good for my elderly dad. We replaced one he had for years.

I was told voice texting was included automatically but I am still having trouble accessing it ! Not happy !

Flip phones are not what they used to be. Most of them today get terrible reviews. So far, I am satisfied with the Jitterbug. Battery life is good, calls are easy to make, and the sound is good. I lost my Gen3 service, so I had to get a new phone. Transferring my old number was relatively easy. One thing I don't like, with Call History, inbound and outbound are lumped together, and you have either to delete them all, or keep them all. This is terrible!

The phone does everything it promised. Great for those who don't want complications.

I bought this for my 82 year old father. It is easy for him to use with large push buttons.

The phone is fine, but working with Lively to do the phone set up is not pleasant. When I asked questions she talked over me and seemed irritated. I only asked two questions!! I’m sure the makers of Jitterbug would be very disappointed to know that their customer service agents were so rude. I had to call back once the phone was activated and the agent, Anthony, was very helpful.
