When I asked questions she talked over me and seemed irritated. I only asked two questions!! I’m sure the makers of Jitterbug would be very disappointed to know that their customer service agents were so rude. I had to call back once the phone was activated and the agent, Anthony, was very helpful.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.phone stopped making outgoing (and probably incoming) calls. messed with it for 90 minutes, got it eorking, gave back to primary user and it stopped again. in desperation called help line and was advised phine needed an update to fix "call not sent" error message. downloading took about 15 minutes. seems to work, but no notification that update was available

A great phone for the basic phone user, with a few additional options if desired, such as texting and basic data functions. Also, cost was quite minimal compared to other options available. Setup and provider activation was very easy!
