    Phone works well would be better if you could just ask alexa to make calls, instead of asking alexa to go to the company name first then asking to call.

    Bought it for my 90 year old grandfather. He's always had a flip but this one was so simple that it made it complicated (probably just learning curve) - also the button for the volume is too easily depressed and changes the ringer too easily, especially when paired with the belt holder case.

    It’s harder for my 90 year old mother to operate. She used to hit yes twice and could call me. Now, it has to stay on phone and she opens and dials my number, but if somebody calls by mistake or a text, then she can’t figure out how to call me. SHAME ON YOU FOR MAKING IT HARDER FOR OLDER PEOPLE TO USE THIS PHONE!!!!!!!
