Bought for my dad, phone has big buttons and is easy for him to use. This phone replaced his first jitterbug which was 6 years old.

I absolutely hate this phone. It's the second one I got for my mother who is now 98 and she likes it even though it's very complex to use and you have to push 20 buttons or more to make a phone call it keeps taking the phone off high volume just like the last one I got her does or did. I wouldn't get a phone like this for an early person if you held a gun to my head or it was free. The United Kingdom Canada and England have one that unfortunately it's not available in the United States and it cost less it's way more user-friendly to use the buttons are larger and it's 10 times a fun as the lively flip phone. The only reason I purchased this phone because she wanted another one and it almost a hundred years old I try and accommodate her.

Great for grandma. Has all the features she needs. Easy to use.

It took a little while to get used to setting up for my mother. She's 93 anyway. She likes it. It's lighter than the last one like this and has a Bluetooth

my new phone works well,i just love all the features. The staffat best by were very knoweldgeable about this phone, Ireally appreciate them helping me. The does every thing i expected it to be. I really loved senior alert button. And the numbers are large so i can see and dial my numbers.

Like the fact you can transfer easily from previous Jitterbug, but lst one didn't last as long as it should. Easy to use and nice size.

great phone bought it for my grandma for Christmas to keep in touch and she loves it but the buttons layout is a little weird but will get use to it

Never had personal cellphone, never wanted another hi-tech device, but Jitterbug ad in AMAC magazine and in Best Buy ads and the "Seniors'" features caught my eye! Superb, cut-to-the-chase presentation by Best Buy sales person convinced me. Now called "Lively" it's easy to use, quick to charge, and small yet big enough to see and to use. Love it!

It took longer than I expected to set up and get it going, but delivered what I wanted.

Gave this phone to a senior relative and she seems happy with it. First we set it up with phone numbers of her friends and she is using it daily. She is reading the guide book that came with it and seems to be benefitting from thie "education." Do not give my name or e-mail address in your review. That is strictly private. I do not have any photos. I do not know how long the betteries will last.

Bought this phone for my aunt who is 95 years old. It replaces an older, smaller flip phone that was difficult for her to use. The larger keys are easy to use and the limited number of functions is better for seniors. There will be a learning curve for her because it is different from what she is used to, but she is making progress. Set up took longer than I expected but customer service was very helpful. So happy to have this option for older folks.
