Bought this for my father who is 83 yrs old and its easy for him to use.

This phones ok but limited. No internet, no touch screen, no predictive text, etc. basically phone calls only. Also was double charged for service the first month after first phone was sent to wrong address and a second phone sent out.

It was great for my grandpa! He loves it. And that’s saying a lot!

Phone has been just what my husband wanted. Small enough to carry in his pocket. The Jitterbug 2 has all he needs. He has only one problem. When he calls his daughter in Atlanta GA, he gets a recording. There is a problem between the circuits. Thank you. He loves the phone in all other aspects.!

If there was a 0 - that’s what I’d pick. The voice to text and call using Alexa was a joke. It never worked. The texting is so difficult and confusing- it was unusable. The screen burned out after about 10 days. After 15 days BestBuy won’t give you your money back - so I’m out the money for trying to assist my elderly mother. Very nice.

Nice size numbers, relatively simple to use. There is a lot of button pushing to make a call though

I brought a friend in to help her fet a phone that would be easy for her to use. This is perfect. The sales manager on this sale in the Thousand Oaks store was very dismissive and uncaring which was disappointing but The customer care dept was amazing and very helpful.

The phone is high quality and well made, but it does have some features that are confusing to my 84 yea old mother as opposed to her original Jittrbug Flip.

Bought for a woman who is developing dementia. She is able to use the phone.

Terrible device, has reception issues, and has too many features for an elderly person. the support team told us the phones sometimes are "just not working" and there is nothing they can do. We had them send us a Jitterbug1 which is functional but please avoid this phone, it is confusing and the Alexa feature does not even work. It had multiple broken features and functions.

Decent phone for older folks, especially the smartphone un-initiated. Unfortunately not waterproof.
