It took longer than I expected to set up and get it going, but delivered what I wanted.

It took a little while to get used to setting up for my mother. She's 93 anyway. She likes it. It's lighter than the last one like this and has a Bluetooth

Definitely not the unit if needing to do a lot of texting. For phone calls is ok, texting not so much.

Purchased this phone for a elderly family member a couple weeks ago and he loves it. Very easy to use with big numbers, loud volume, and easy to carry either in a pocket or a holster carrier on belt.

The phone is high quality and well made, but it does have some features that are confusing to my 84 yea old mother as opposed to her original Jittrbug Flip.

My son has a sight problem and I wasn't sure if he could see it ok or even work it. He has mastered the buttons and even made selfie videos. I am so pleased for him. The price just happened to be half off when we came in. What a great deal!

Bought for a woman who is developing dementia. She is able to use the phone.

Purchased for my eldery mom who is blind. Liked the voice command feature for calling which can keep her independent as possible. Set-up is needed to enable that portion and you need to link to your Amazon account. Tech support at Lively was wonderful for set-up. Transferring a former Prepaid phone from another carrier - this took some time - most likely longer as it was a weekend. Will need to pay for activation the Lively or online which was not clearly desceibed at time of purchase in store.

great phone bought it for my grandma for Christmas to keep in touch and she loves it but the buttons layout is a little weird but will get use to it

If there was a 0 - that’s what I’d pick. The voice to text and call using Alexa was a joke. It never worked. The texting is so difficult and confusing- it was unusable. The screen burned out after about 10 days. After 15 days BestBuy won’t give you your money back - so I’m out the money for trying to assist my elderly mother. Very nice.

My husband needed a very simple phone. The Jitterbug is the perfect phone for him. The numbers are large, so very easy to see and dial.Very reasonably price. Easy to read direction booklet. Great for an anti techie!

Terrible device, has reception issues, and has too many features for an elderly person. the support team told us the phones sometimes are "just not working" and there is nothing they can do. We had them send us a Jitterbug1 which is functional but please avoid this phone, it is confusing and the Alexa feature does not even work. It had multiple broken features and functions.
