just what a person my age needed, easy to use and set up

I brought a friend in to help her fet a phone that would be easy for her to use. This is perfect. The sales manager on this sale in the Thousand Oaks store was very dismissive and uncaring which was disappointing but The customer care dept was amazing and very helpful.

It works great for an older person. He can talk/answer the phone or make calls.

Purchased for my father who is clueless about technology so he needed an easy to use cell phone just for phone calls. So far this phone has been great for him, easy to use, easy to setup and my mom just purchased minutes for him to use. Much better than him having a smart phone with too much extras that he doesn’t need and he didn’t need an expensive phone plan.

This phones ok but limited. No internet, no touch screen, no predictive text, etc. basically phone calls only. Also was double charged for service the first month after first phone was sent to wrong address and a second phone sent out.

Purchased this phone for my mother to replace her first-generation jitterbug flip phone. The phone will work fine for a while and then outbound and inbound calls will start failing. The only way to resolve is to power down and restart. Have been working with Lively to resolve and after pushing for an answer, I found out that this is a known issue with this phone. They apparently are pushing out a fix over the air, but I was told that it might take up to two weeks. Not sure why Best Buy is selling these with this known issue.

I had a wonderful experience at the San Rafael store. My dads old Jitterbug phone fied, He needed a new one so I went to the San Rafael store. The salesperson in the Mobile Dept was GREAT! His name is JACK SHALVOY and he activated the new phone and transferred all my dads data. He was FANTASTIC!! Thank you!! My dad and I are so happy! Xoxoxo
