BIG DISAPPOINTMENT was no way to transfer names, numbers, and pictures from his old phone to the Lively. Internet access was shut down to old phone with transfer of number to Lively. Otherwise it's okay. Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband, who isn't internet savvy, but his traveling job requires a phone and the element of safety Lively provides.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - We purchased this for our elderly Aunt so she could get Lyft rides without needing a smart phone. Everything went well until about 24 hours after the phone was activated. She then started receiving dozens of spam calls and texts trying to sell services or scam her. I'm thinking the company may sell these numbers for as targets - hope that is not the case. The company only offered to change her number but not going to take the chance.

Just what my Mom needed, a simple flip phone with large numbers.

When I receive a text,can't read the whole thing on screen. Signal always reads weak or poor. Customer service is polite and easy to reach. Camera quality not to good.

Definitely not the unit if needing to do a lot of texting. For phone calls is ok, texting not so much.

Easy to use and manage, light weight and compact. Good.

Really Good for People Who Lost the Vision, Strong and Manageable

This is 2nd Lively I've purchased. Great phone for my needs.

Bought for my husband. He likes the phone. Easy to read.

This works well for senior citizens to be able to make and recieve calls.

This was the second Jitterbug phone bought after buying one the day before and exchanging it. On both phones we had to restart the phone repeatedly and then could make ONE CALL before having to restart it again. The customer service at Best Buy was great though and they very cheerfully returned our money.

Needed to call for help twice. first was in starting the online activation. guy was very little help and let's hope it was the end of his day. Second time was a glitch when the phone was initially turned on. Got a gal that was a super communicator. solid phone. cons: a little wide for my hands with RA. trying to use contacts takes far to many keystrokes. very surprised by the first bill. previous monthly bill on my old 3g phone was $20.23. With living the 19.99 turns into over $28. So sad that my 3g phone is being sunset. manual is a mix of simple and over simple. Big gripe. doesn't have how to end a call. old phone had a disconnect/hang up button. bottom line: the phone is just OK. it will be seldom used. needed for when driving. will likely just dial numbers. don't be oversold on it being senior friendly.

Nice little flip phone. Easy to use overall, simple, and in our opinion better than the last few years/phones of tracfone. Got this for my husband, we are done with tracfone. He is very happy with it. Has the basic service unlimited service/minutes for the $19.99 a month. Nice to not worry about running out of minutes. It has capability for browsing, internet, emails, etc, but he just uses it to have a handy small phone for emergencies while he is out and about. The phone tech at BB was so kind and set up the initial basic steps for me and it was ready to go and to take to my husband at the hospital. He is thrilled with it. We haven't tried the camera yet but it is simple to use and should take great photos.

it is such a little friend, so effective, so robust, so cost effective, so easy to use, and so beautiful. And mostly small size that we can put it anywhere with confidence.

I'm a slow learner, but it's a lot better than the consumer cellular phone. I can call Canada and the main thing to remember is the OK button. I still dont feel comfortable with the sound adjustments on the side. They could have left them off and just adjust it from the keyboard.

Good phone but I was to slow getting used to it. And I couldn't use the internet for my recipes
