GREAT PHONE and I love it and would give it to anyone for a gift.

Unfortunately for the elderly pushing buttons and not affecting other buttons is a tough job, I wish there was a lock mode so phone settings do not change unless a specific unlock mode is enabled. Also adding a name/phone/address is a multiple button pushing procedure which is a long process.

Does what it needs for a phone. Calls, text, wish it was better at adding contacts.

Works when it wants to work. Bought for my mother for a simple phone. She has to turn it on and off several times a day in order for it to work. Certainly not a phone for a senior citizen.

This phone has many features: It has large buttons, which makes it easy to use. The instructions on the use of the phone, made it easy to understand. I would recommend this phone to other people.

This works very well for my husband’s needs. But the best part of the purchase were the manager Chris, as well as the 3 other salesmen who carefully guided me to the right product. I would highly recommend this store for their customer service.

Good so far. Lively customer service seems really good! I am 80 and learning a new device will take some time. I hope I can learn the Amazon Alexa voice for procedure for texting and voice mail. The regular texting takes some time as must use your phone keypad and sometimes have to go through 4 letters on the keypad before getting the letter you want.

Good phone. We purchased for young daughter for when she goes out with friends. Just being used to make calls so she didn’t need anything fancy. Works pretty well. Issues with getting it activated. It took a few hours, but customer service was great!

Lively has allowed my mother to communicate with me when she needs to. I'm grateful for that!

Although I thought the phone would be a good thing for my mom it wasn't. I liked the lively for all the new features but my 79 yr old mom couldn't stand the fact that you have to press OK for everything. She had the jitterbug which was much easier for her but it had developed problems with reception. After a week of trying to make calls she got frustrated. So I bought the jitterbug. She's satisfied.

My mom had a very unreliable flip phone from Verizon. After hours on the phone trying to diagnose the problem, I decided to get her the Lively Flip phone. I have always been very loyal to Verizon, so this was a big gamble...and we won! Great Call has the most patient customer service reps. They walked my octogenarian mom through setup, answered her questions and had her confidently using the phone in about an hour. The wait time to get through to a CSR is short, my mom can easily understand the CSR, and they understand the Senior audience. I can help her manage her Contacts via the website and they download to her phone. The phone is easy to use, the volume is loud enough (which was a concern), and the instructions are easy to understand. I wish we would have purchased this phone months ago!

The concierge service which allows by elder brother who is not able to use a smart phone, tablet or computer to order Lyft service is a critically important feature. It works, and provides him the independence to travel on his own. It's the reason we got the phone, and it works.

The cell was purchased for my 86 year old mother. The telephone is great, very easy to use. I still cannot get the locator to work and the customer service people I have spoken to did not know how to rectify this problem. I assume I was not talking to the correct department. The operator should not have tried to help me if she didn't know how to fix this issue. She should have referred me to someone else.

Bought it for my husband. He really likes the simplicity of a flip phone. This one had a lot more features than the last one. Buttons are big enough for him to use. Small enough to carry in his pocket. This one was easier to set up. He has a decent on this one to.

The phone part is fine, but texting without a keyboard is not working.

Bought this phone for my 90-year-old Dad. He loves the charging stand that the phone sits in. The phone has large buttons and is fairly intuitive to use. The $19.99 plan (+ taxes) is great as he just uses it for phone calls. When purchasing the phone, the Best Buy employee did not set up voicemail so you could not leave/get messages. Called Lively & they were able to get the voicemail set up and then we needed to turn off the phone & turn it back on again and voicemail was there.

I purchased this phone for my stepmom who is in skilled rehab to Replace the iPhone that she locked her self out of. You have the option to include health apps and emergency assistance plans to the phone but we didn’t need all that. We just got an unlimited talk and text plan For a really affordable price every month. It gets decent reception and charges quickly. For $30 phone, I have to say I’m fairly impressed with the device in general. It’s a very basic phone but can be a little difficult for people to work if they’re used to a smart phone and not a flip phone with keys used to text instead. If you’re looking to just be able to get in contact with someone without web access 100% recommend the phone.

Phine is great unfortunately jitterbug wouldbt let us transfer our number they kept giving excuses. So unfortunately my grandmother didnt want the phone.
