We bought this flip model tdue to the large buttons and lightweight. It has well lit screen and comes with all the charging accessories. We like it because it didnt need a protective case and it has slim down features for easy and basic use.

As advertised, easy to use. Holds its charge for a long time.

Difficulty to pair with car radio. Works for a few days and then disconnects. Have to shut down cell phone for it to pair again.

Good buy if limited features are wanted. Learning curve is not as simple as advertised. However, use can be fine-tuned to be able to operate the functions needed.

I bought this phone for my father. He is older and no longer wanted a smart phone. He needed something with bigger numbers and couldn’t care less about accessing the Internet. I noticed some ads about the jitterbug phone and showed him the pictures and told him what the phone could do. We quickly got service activated on the phone and he loves it. I was even able to find a case on Amazon that fit it perfectly. He can clip it on his belt and go about his day. He has told me that the signal is great, and the sound on both ends is perfect.

Just what we need for emergencies. It is an extra phone, but will serve us well.

The phone is the perfect size, easy to read and large but not too large numbers. Hearing is no problem. Always like a friend with you.

The thought is good behind the idea of this phone. In general it is fine. If your loved one has any issue with memory or technology this phone may be of no use to them.

We bought this phone for my daughter after she got into trouble. It was easy to set up and use. Love the color. It does have larger buttons which makes it easier to see for someone who has trouble seeing. For us, it fits the purpose, for others, it would be a very good phone for their loved one.

Brought the phone for my 90 year old mother. She can use this phone, wish I had brought it in red.

Simple to use phone for senior citizens, uses menus to access functions. I'm able to add contacts to the phone, by using my online account, which is easier than typing on the phone keypad. Only negative thing is the earpiece volume is not very loud, even when set to maximum. People with hearing problems may have to use the speaker all the time.

This is a wonderful updated old school flip phone. Purchased one for myself a few months ago after my smartphone died to get me by w/communication until I received a replacement phone. After I received my replacement phone I transferred it to my mother after she broke her contract phone. She loved it so much, because of the simplicity and the fact that she doesn’t ever use smartphone features. She uses a home computer for all that. She then had me order and set up a 2nd Lively flip for her husband and dropped the contract phones completely to save $. I kinda miss it actually. I use an iPad for most everything vs. the smartphone.

We got this phone for my mother. She loves it. It is easy to use and a great size. The customer service at lively is beyond excellent. I would highly recommend this phone.
