Purchased this phone for my 86 year old mother. Great phone. Large buttons. Emergency feature. Easy not a lot of buttons. She was getting confused with last phone. Recommend this phone.

Phone wouldn’t activate went to store could not get it to work so I returned it

Just what I needed. Very nice for the price. My cell phone was always having problems. Wanted something that was easier to use.

Purchased for ease of use for 90 year old mother. Not easy, had to shutdown and restart several times. May have to try a different phone.

This great little flip phone is terrific for a family member who needs to make phone calls and needs a cell phone that is light weight and easy to use. Easy to read and keys are a good space apart. Got this for my mother-in-law as back up phone.

Great phone to use for phone calls and messages,. Texting is available for an additional charge, I believe it’s 10 cents for each. Easy to set up and use! It actually comes with a manual! Would recommend

Nice large numbers and simple phone for my mom. A little more complicated to use than expected by so far has been the solution for someone who doesn’t need or want a smart phone.

The phone itself is good. However, we were not able to set it up do to a flawed system. The ability to setup the phone is much more challenging especially when the company has infinite numbers to call. And, they route you to other numbers without proper assistance. Strongly recommend the company rethink the on-boarding via phone/online. Major failure for consumer simplicity. Explanation given to us is that a multitude of phone numbers is required by marketing. Keep believing this and your product will not increase in sales.

Easy flip phone with basic service for my senior mother. The worst part was that I had to print out an operation manual for her. I did not try the camera as she has no need for it.

The phone suits the elderly as it was intended. The volume buttons are too sensitive and gets accidentally pressed way too easily.

This is a great phone for my mom. Gives us piece of mind and it has a an emergency alert if there's any problems.

Bought this for my octogenerian father. It's ease of use and simple features are the perfect fit for what he needs. Does not have any smartphone capabilities but does do text messaging using the repetitive keystrokes on the number keys to type. I does have GPS technology in it that will allow you to track the phones location online or via an app on another phone.

Very nice study phone that still feels like the flip phone of the past. The red button for assistance in a emergency was the seller for me as my dad falls a lot. Cradle for charging also helps as you don't have to get the plug in the little hole, just drop it in.
