Well the phone broke within a few weeks. 2nd one that does not survive being dropped. The Lively service has a ton of spam callers. For an elderly person, it is not so nice. I called and they said they could change the number.

I purchased this for my father-in-law, but at this time he haven't had the time to use it due to his healthcare status. All in all in seeing the devise up it was very easy. The features are simple to use.

I was very pleased with the check out people, they were aware of an extra discount and applied the discount.

Purchased for Mother's 90th birthday. She likes it! Easy for her to see text/numbers, to operate. Also, not too big big or cumbersome in her small, arthritic hands.

This is a great phone for my mom. Gives us piece of mind and it has a an emergency alert if there's any problems.

The phone suits the elderly as it was intended. The volume buttons are too sensitive and gets accidentally pressed way too easily.

Very, very inconsistent and unreliable, often times unavailable, reception.After many long calls to Lively support to set up adequately for my mother, I asked repeatedly to exchange for a different phone, hoping it could work better. No one would do that until I finally had enough and dropped our plan.

Great phone for people who do not want all of the bells and whistles. Small enough to slip into a pocket. Numbers and screen are easy to see.

Its a good phone for my dad. Loud ring an it has a speed dial for family members he dont have to dial. Program the phone number an one number assigned to that person..

so disappointed. bought for my elderly father because said it is perfect phone for individuals his age. the thing never worked properly. BUT big respect for JITTERBUG company and their customer service managers and staff. They really tried more than once to sort the device out for me. AND were understanding when I opted not to start over with another phone of same model. THEN refunded my money. I really do appreciate all their efforts.

This is a perfect phone for a senior. You can program the keys and the keys and display are big.

FANTASTIC DEVICE. COULD USE IT BEFORE I READ THE DIRECTIONS. ABSOLUTELY GREAT FOR TECHNOLOGY CHALLENGED SENIORS.

Plus points: Handy to use. Good reception. Readable display. Flip open feature ensures no pocket dials. Down side: The ringer/volume control is located where one might hold the phone when talking so often the ringer is inadvertently turned off.

I had to go to Best Buy three times to finally get what I needed due to a problem transferring our land line telephone on to a new cell phone. It was finally completed successfully.

Excellent phone for my aunt, who is older; and loves the flip phone

bought this for my husband who is blind. He is unable to use it as the Alexa feature does not work. Also it does not verbally tell him who is calling. The workers were not knowledgeable at all about the phone which is strange as Best Buy is said to own the Lively Jitterbug. Definitely need to train personnel much better.
