The Jitterbug 2 is a nice cell phone with a camera that is easy to use.I am a senior citazen and just want a cell phone to use when I go out for convenience.It is perfect for that.

Good phone, only complaint is that my mother in law complains she can't hear as well as she'd like. The volume doesn't go up as far as she really needs but she can still hear. Overall it's a great phone and simple to use.

Defective unable to set up. Replaced within days working well now. Account contacts transferred and easily managed via web account.

was told by a friend about this phone and he purchased it at best buy. checked it out and liked what i found i have used it quite a lot and it works great. would recomend this phone to anyone.

I like my Lively flip phone. It is very handy. Crystal clear communication. Great texting and talking.

This is a good phone for those who just want a simple phone without the bells and whistles of a smart phone. It is easy to use and is a good size.

A very easy to operate phone but not the phone for any elder or person with impaired vision. Screen is exceptionally small so I had to change to a different style phone.

It is a great little phone free of internet junk and the volume is much better than my previous cell phone and I am happy with the price per month.

For seniors, this is the most usable of the flip phones we have tried for our 97 year old mother. I like the ability to configure the menus (somewhat) as compared to other flip phones we have had. (She doesn't use the camera, voicemail or text features.) For improvements it would be useful to be able to set the red emergency button to a specific phone number (since we don't use Lively's emergency services.)

bought this for my 91 year old mom easy enough for her to use and everything is large enough for her to see

Got this phone for my 89 yrs old mother in law … very easy to navigate… the phone company offers great features like fall and call for help .. in my opinion the monthly service is expensive specially for seniors…

Good phone, but Lively fouled up the activation by not listening to what i was requesting.

I bought this phone for my mother inlaw and it turned out she liked it! The keypad was visible and calls came in clearly. I liked the fact that with a push of a button she can have someone go by and check on her. I recommend this phone!

Purchased this as a gift and the 90 year old woman I bought it for loves. Easy to use with great features for an older person.

This phone is just what I needed for my forgetful 83 year old husband. Much easier to use than a smart phone. The flip phone design is useful for two reasons. Answering and hanging up is easier - just open or close the phone. And the screen is protected when stuffed into an over-full pocket.

This is supposed to be an easy cell phone for seniors but it is not. First of all the book states to push the ANSWER key to answer a call. This makes sense but there is NO ANSWER KEY. Instead, you have to push the OK button (which is exactly the same color and size of all of the other keys). It would be easy if you could just open the phone to answer it. To make a call there are several steps involved using the OK button and arrow keys. Again, not easy. It is easy to end a call, you just close the phone. Also, the network is supposed to be strong but in the house, in a populated suburb of Chicago we never got more than 3 bars.

Overall good product. Not easy for an elderly person to operate. Volume button is in a bad place as it accidentally gets turned off.

we were looking for something simple for my 87 year old husband. This phone is very easy to use with just up and down buttons and an OK. The only thing is his hands are big and he has a hard time keeping his hands of the volume keys. Just thought you would like to know.

The young lady who was the sales associate was excellent and explained many facets of the phone to me. The phone was activated and I was ready to send and receive calls easily. My only problem is the number that was given me was apparently someone else's number at one time and her friends don't realize she doesn't already have the number. It has been a bother and am working it out with Lively.

My dad loves his new phone! It’s easy for him to operate and big buttons make it easy for him to see.
