My dad loves his new phone! It’s easy for him to operate and big buttons make it easy for him to see.

It's touted as being a simple cell phone for seniors, and lives up to its billing. My 81-year-old mother seems to be able to function with it so far.

Haven't had a chance to read the directions yet but so far the phone works fine. Monthly charge is more than our last cell phone so hope this is worth it! Nice large numbers and clear time/date info.

Thought it would be a little easier to use for my Mom. Challenging programming contacts, compared to regular flip phones

I love this phone. I love the size of the numbers and the display window. The instructions are easy to follow.

While it is for the most part simple to use there are still some aspects that are hard for my elderly father to grasp. Have to scroll so much and push "ok" multiple times just to make a call.

They tried to simplify the phone but some features are more confusing than others. The smart phone is better

Great for seniors. Solid device with large buttons that are easy to see and press. There don't seem to be many basic phones in the marketplace so the only downside is the monthly cost. If this were possible to use with another service like tracfon ecould be much more affordable for folks on limited fixed incomes.

Easy to use for my grandpa who is not used to cellphones! Numbers are big and it’s comfortable and simple enough to use!

This is a great phone if you hate technology. No, really. You still have to have someone set it up. Also, it has c a button for emergencies. You know...."I'm fallen and can't get up". This also takes time to set up. You have a menu that has an important title other then PHONE. There's TEXT and MESSAGES. Best of all it has CONTACTS. Put them in and you have a list of people and their phone numbers.

If your parent needs a basic flip phone to make calls this phone is fine. It has other safety features which would be useful for seniors.

Easy-ish to use for an 88-year-old with dementia. My father-in-law was surprised that some of the buttons are designed differently from the Jitterbug previous model, but he'll catch on. Overall, a decent product but we don't expect it to last for years. The previous model lasted only 17 months. Wish there were an easier interface, but whatever.

I bought another phone for my mother. The battery last about 13 months. then it's time to buy another one. but it does work,
