Purchase this for my grandmother and it works perfectly just the way she needs it to work.

Love it! First of all It was so much easier to set up! I had bought another phone about a month ago to replace my old Tracfone which had been discontinued. I could not get anywhere with that new phone. I mean anywhere! Finally gave up on the thing and after a lot of searching around decided that the Lively Jitterbug looked like something I could deal with. Got one for me and my husband and what a difference!

This phone may be a little "complicated" for older folks with memory issues.

I just activated the phone yesterday, but it seems to be super easy to use and has some great features!J

It was a little hard to get it authorized but got thru it.

Bought this for my mom and worked ok for the first month then she stopped using because she said calls would not go through - it turns out out that although we were paying for cell service, she was not getting a strong enough signal the past two months. Very disappointing waste of money.

This is the PERFECT phone for my husband, he loves it! He just needs a phone to make and receive calls, as he doesn't do emails or texts, but he could with this phone. It also has a great camera, an EMERGENCY call button, and many other features available, and the price is perfect. It does everything he wants and needs in a phone.

This phone is perfect, and so easy to use. Push buttons are easier for older hands.

Generally simple to use although my wife with Parkinsons Disease sometimes has trouble remembering all the OK steps. Her shortcoming, not the machines.

The LIVELY jitterbug flip phone red in color is ideal for a senior citizen with preference for only talk and text service. It is light weight, has a speaker feature if prefer a louder volume, equipped with larger keys than a standard smartphone, category and subcategory compartments come already formatted for the ease of retrieving information. It is a much simpler product to handle, use and maneuver than a smartphone for non-tech savvy phone users.

So far the phone seems to be working fine however it has been a month now and I’m still having problems getting the phone number transferred from the old company to the new company.

Good quality, but not as easy to use as I'd hoped for my aging mother. Still arrows to push up and down, still volume changes when you didn't ask it to.

not all cell phone parts were in the jitterbug box. no charger. we had to go back the next day and have them get us a separate charger.

Works very well. Family is pleased that the phone is easy to use.

Two good reasons for my deep disappointment in this item: it broke and it isn't user friendly. I activated the phone, ported the number and was able to make and receive calls - for about 20 minutes. Then the SIM card died. Customer Service told me to exchange for a new phone. I chose to return. Purchased this phone for my 82yo father. The interface is awful. To make a call to a contact - it takes 4 steps! 1) phone - ok, 2)contacts-ok 3) Find contact name-ok) 4) Chose call or text-ok. There are very few setting options - for example the phone won't answer when opened (it is a flip phone), and this can not be changed. There is no way to program speed dial numbers and it is too cumbersome. I was looking for an easy to use option. This is not it!

Phone works great. Lively transfered the wrong phone number to it, so they sent me another one. Phone is fine for older people.
