too difficult! too much to wade through to get what you need.! writing labored because have to select the letters from one place, no full alphabet..have to search for number among three.. time consuming! just found it cumbersome! M. McCarty May just be my age (92), Very complex and time consuming!

This phone was purchased for my mother and the only problem is all of the spam calls.

I bought this for my sister who is not very tech savvy. I had it activated & since she had a Great Call phone that I had to replace all of her contact info transferred. The people in their customer service dept are very helpful. The phone is very simple to use. We are extremely satisfied . And it was on sale 50% off .

Works great but for older folks who have big hands and fingers, not so much.

This is my second phone purchase in 4 months. Purchased for my aging parents who are in a rehab facility. First one developed an issue with my parents being able hear after 3 months of use in a nursing home. With COVID lockdowns in place at the facility, they need to have a cell phone with them for us to contact them. Hopefully this one will last longer. Thought this type of cell phone would be easier for them to use but they are still having issues.

We find the Jitterbug flip2 to be very easy to use and the features adequate.

Great phone for the elderly. Purchased for my 90 yr. old mother. Numbers are bigger and sound is better than its predecessor, the Jitterbug phone. Even the camera is better.

Nice phone with large numbers. I bought this for my 85 year old mother who is not interested in smart phones. Unfortunately the phone service didn’t work well. Calls service was sporadic in our area. Worse yet, sometime the caller could hear but the called could not hear. I’m told this is an issue with the phone network also. I had to return this phone.

My mother-in-law likes flip phones and needed a replacement. This phone is very simple and works well for someone who does not want multiple features but just a basic phone
