Way too complicated and frustrating for elderly

Lots of scrolling down, ok button and back button required to do everything, even mak a phone call. The Dial 0 for an operator brought us to a recording the only time we tried it. Ridiculously difficult to enter a contact. I was even frustrated trying to use it. He does better with an iphone than with this. We only bought it for the operator ordered Lyft feature, but even that has proved to be a flop.

Who needs AT&T!

The first one was for my wife and then when AT&T drop me and wouldn't service my AT&T phone, I quickly bought a Jitterbug for myself. This phone has all the features that I want and several others that I don't use. A great buy for the bucks. Best of all: It's not an AT&T phone.

My mother struggled with what I felt was a simple phone from another senior focused carrier. But this phone is very straight forward easy big menu options. Words on the buttons like Back and OK, Up Down, etc. So easy to follow along what you need to do next. Highly recommend.
