Nice phone with Big numbers to see and to used for elderly people.

We got this phone for my husband who needs a simple phone. He only talks and texts, no internet usage. This is perfect for him - he loves it. And he loves that it folds closed. We've had Jitterbugs for him before but this is the best yet!

just getting use to it but like it so far. A great little phone.

Bought it for my unsavy mother of cell phones. Showed her to easily add contacts and she is now happy using the phone to call others and receive calls. Showed her how to take pictures too. In short, a great choice for someone who has never used a cell phone. She loves using the speaker because she is hard of hearing too.

My husband wanted a simple phone, he is not an internet type and does not text. So we got the Jitterbug flip 2. So far he is really a fan, he likes the larger buttons and the phone is easier to use than a smart phone. He also commented on the call quality we can hear each other.

It turned out, not really what was needed. Looking for something very simple for wife.

I loved my old LG flip phone but after 11 years it just wore out so this Lively seems to be an even better version of it. It has bigger keys and lighter weight - $25.00 and a free carrying case can't be beat: 3 times as much as @ Verizon plus $20.00 more per month for unlimited calls and text vs the Lively service. So far, so good: at this time I'm very pleased with BB and the product!

Great little flip phone. It is different from old fashioned flip phones of yesteryear. We found that there was a learning curve that was steep enough that we went ahead and upgraded to the smart phone. The reasoning was...if I have to learn all this stuff I might as well learn a smart phone. For someone who already has some experience wit techy stuff its a great phone. We are keeping it as a backup.

I bought this phone gor my husband to have when he was in a rehab center after being hospitalized. It was perfect. I was easily able to program numbers of family and friends into the phone for him and he felt connected to us without having an expensive phone there

This is a great device for my grandchild to use and I can keep in contact with her.

great customer service.. A+++, the phone itself has big buttons and easier to see if you have some vision problems.

For a low vision person, the key pad needs to be bigger. I had to glue on little metal buttons, like braille.

Quick delivery. Great price. I would purchase again.

Large screen and buttons. Only downside is Best Buy sells, but cannot activate these phones.
