Very satisfied with this purchase of the Lively-Jitterbug Flip2! I had been looking for a more friendly cell phone for months and finally found this phone which meets all my needs. Especially like the "emergency" button right on the face of the phone in the open position. Perfect for older adults like myself!

This was a replacement for a device I already had but lost. I think it is overpriced but adequate. I have a computer and also access to computers at work. So, I wanted a flip phone. It works ok for the most part. Sometimes it will want me to adjust the volume whether I asked to or not. I find that puzzling.

Phone was a gift for my parents to replace an older phone that was no longer going to work as of the New Year. So far they seem to like all the newer features and how easy it is to use, with bigger buttons and settings to make the text size bigger and the volume louder is extremely helpful.

This is first cell phone for my 85 yr old mom! She’s scared to death of new technology and she was able to start using this one with ease!

NO NO NO bought 2 in a month then went to another carrier and got what I wanted and needed. Livley is just weak. You have to push too many buttons to get to what you are trying to do. And you can't deleate messages without starting at the beguining every time. It takes forever to move through this phone. And when it came to Missed Messages, I could not see them or delete any of them -they just added up. This phone is just simply disfuncyional

I needed something simple and easy to use. I am older and do not need so many bells and whistles. It is easy and does all I need from a phone. It text, gives voice mails. Easy to add phone numbers. Takes great pictures. Makes my life easier.

The device is not all elderly friendly. It was not useful and I could not return as I was two days over 14 days.

Got for my mother in law. She had 2 terrible falls.

Read the fine print before purchasing. The emergency alert is extra. You also have to have an Amazon account and an Alexa account before you can use the phone. The phones Alexa asks multiple questions before she can make a simple phone call. Seri is much simpler. Bought this for my 97 year old mother because it was supposed to be simple to use. Not so simple. Her old flip phone was much more user friendly.

The phone seemed to have some handy features - however, due to the lack of the ability to disable text messaging, extra charges to access advertised calling features, and what I considered to be an excessive activation fee, I returned it.

Got this for grandparents. not much to say about it.
