This was a replacement for a device I already had but lost. I think it is overpriced but adequate. I have a computer and also access to computers at work. So, I wanted a flip phone. It works ok for the most part. Sometimes it will want me to adjust the volume whether I asked to or not. I find that puzzling.

I needed something simple and easy to use. I am older and do not need so many bells and whistles. It is easy and does all I need from a phone. It text, gives voice mails. Easy to add phone numbers. Takes great pictures. Makes my life easier.

Read the fine print before purchasing. The emergency alert is extra. You also have to have an Amazon account and an Alexa account before you can use the phone. The phones Alexa asks multiple questions before she can make a simple phone call. Seri is much simpler. Bought this for my 97 year old mother because it was supposed to be simple to use. Not so simple. Her old flip phone was much more user friendly.

Easy to use. Audio is very clear. Larger numbers for older eyes.

This Jitterbug is not designed with seniors in mind. I would argue it is at least as difficult to navigate as a smart phone. Trying to maneuver through the menus is tedious for my mom. She is constantly hitting the side buttons that pit her phone in silent mode. She is in a nursing home and this is the only method for her to call. She had no problems with the previous iteration of the Jitterbug.

This is a phone for seniors It's 15 clicks to dial a phone number The screen is tiny compared to the original lively jitterbug The sofware menu isn't even close to the easy original phone

A great phone for seniors. I purchased it for making and receiving calls when I'm away from home. The clarity and volume are excellent and easy to use and understand. I purchased this thru BestBuy and the transaction was great. After a short period of time, I walked out of the store with a working phone. I would recommend this phone for seniors.

Very easy phone to use, very good price and low monthly price

NO NO NO bought 2 in a month then went to another carrier and got what I wanted and needed. Livley is just weak. You have to push too many buttons to get to what you are trying to do. And you can't deleate messages without starting at the beguining every time. It takes forever to move through this phone. And when it came to Missed Messages, I could not see them or delete any of them -they just added up. This phone is just simply disfuncyional

Phone is a good phone but has the high and low volume buttons on the upper right side of the phone. Unfortunately this is where most right handed people place their thumb. Almost with out fail people press the low volume button causing the phone to loose volume and even go to silent. Most people might figure that out but extreme elderly people like my mom can't seem to comprehend. I would suggest on the next flip phone the volume buttons be moved. I would recommend this to a friend if they were able to comprehend how to use with the volume buttons.

So far I love my Lively Flip Phone with ONE exception. I live in Arizona and we are the only State that does NOT have Day Light Saving Time. Unfortunately, this past Sunday 3/14 when it began and the time was changed to ONE HOUR FORWARD in the other 49 states, my phone ALSO changed time. I called greatcall Monday and the very pleasant Customer Service Person Lady assured me that within 24 hours my phone would have the correct time. It didn't work what ever she tried to FIX it the time. Please HELPE.

Great simple flip phone for our aging father of 87 years old.

Got for my mother in law. She had 2 terrible falls.
