Works well… if the elderly can accustom themselves to the buttons, anyway.

Took sim card out and replaced with another carrier, worked great. For my senior mom, loves it

To small and complicated for a senior of 96 years. Buttons are too small and too close together.

A great phone for seniors. I purchased it for making and receiving calls when I'm away from home. The clarity and volume are excellent and easy to use and understand. I purchased this thru BestBuy and the transaction was great. After a short period of time, I walked out of the store with a working phone. I would recommend this phone for seniors.

Very easy phone to use, very good price and low monthly price

So far I love my Lively Flip Phone with ONE exception. I live in Arizona and we are the only State that does NOT have Day Light Saving Time. Unfortunately, this past Sunday 3/14 when it began and the time was changed to ONE HOUR FORWARD in the other 49 states, my phone ALSO changed time. I called greatcall Monday and the very pleasant Customer Service Person Lady assured me that within 24 hours my phone would have the correct time. It didn't work what ever she tried to FIX it the time. Please HELPE.

Phone is a good phone but has the high and low volume buttons on the upper right side of the phone. Unfortunately this is where most right handed people place their thumb. Almost with out fail people press the low volume button causing the phone to loose volume and even go to silent. Most people might figure that out but extreme elderly people like my mom can't seem to comprehend. I would suggest on the next flip phone the volume buttons be moved. I would recommend this to a friend if they were able to comprehend how to use with the volume buttons.

I bought this for my 96 year old mother. It is kind of confusing and hard for her to use.

The phone itself is ok. I got it for an elderly relative and it's about as simple as you can get in a flip phone. It's good to be able to lock the volumes in as high as they go. Unfortunately, there isn't a loud RING sound (like an old phone) and the "artistic" tones are hard for her to hear, even at high volume. But -- my main problem is that I had to spend WAY too much time on the phone with the carrier to set up the account, and then to keep following up on the transfer of her old number. Being understaffed is one thing, but dropped calls plus one of the representatives claiming that two calls I made earlier, talking to two different representatives, never happened, was too much! I grudgingly recommend the phone because there are so few alternatives for seniors. But beware and pack your patience!

Got for my mother she loves it not a fan of smart phones

This phone is attended for those not into technological advances & just wants to use it for a call than texting. It does provide texting option along with Alexa if you would want your alexa to send out calls or text. No internet surfing is available on this phone. For unlimited text & call using their service, it would be $23.98 in total with the tax rate in FL. The battery last about a week depending on use. The alert/emergency button on the bottom is additional cost a month if you want it.

fine quality but switching my old number from at&t was a problem

This simple phone was purchased for a relative in a memory care home, who was having trouble using a cell phone. The simplicity of this phone has enabled him to use a cell phone again.

We purchased this phone specifically at Best Buy so we could get help activating the phone at your store, only to find out Best Buy doesn’t do that. Oh well, that’s not too surprising.

Bigger screen, easy to navigate, large key board numbers.

Just got the phone for my father. No complaints right now.
