Missing features like speed dial. Clunky and difficult menus to do most things like making a call. Phone feels cheap. Only good thing is big buttons go r older folks to navigate. But that’s it.

Used Emergency Button - quick response saved my life. Had a heart attack in ambulance. Bought a second one as back up and convenience of extra charger. Functions OK. Small enough to carry everywhere instead of ugly and awkward neck alert system.

    Not for Cell Phone Addicts!

I have tried 3-4 senior phones over the years without finding one I could manage until Lively! It fits my lifestyle and my need for occasional communication while away from home. If you are a cell phone addict, the phone will do nothing for you however. The best price was at Best Buy by far for this phone.

Great phone for my 97yr old Gramp! Small enough to carry in his pocket, big enough to see the screens.

I bought this phone for my dad because I damaged the jitterbug ver 2. I wish best buy would add simplicity to its review. They changed the address book to contacts. Explaing to my dad what contacts are not eye glasses or connections to a car battery was one thing. The yes and no buttons are replaced by ok and back. The buttons you have to mash hard to call or navigate. It only works on the lively network. This is for starters.

This is a basic great little phone that we bought for my mother-in-law. She is thrilled to have it and it is very easy for her to use. It gives her a sense of security so that she’s not alone. This phone is great.

Inexpensive, intuitive and super easy to activate. My problem with this is not with the device itself. I received a phone number that had been in use already and after it activated, was bombed with spam calls and texts. You can block the calls but not the texts. And this is a gift for my 90yo mother-in-law. Hope it doesn't drive her nuts!

    Stay with the Original Jitterbug

After an 88 year old relative’s Jitterbug broke I replaced it with the Jitterbug 2. The only thing that’s the same is the color. The simplicity and great keyboard of the original is gone. Now it’s just a complicated phone with multiple steps needed for almost everything, Too complicated for some seniors with limited hand and finger usage. So, look for the original used somewhere. Else you WILL be disappointed in Jutterbug 2.

I had a great experience at Best Buy. Everyone was helpful and I got a just the phone I needed. I am 80 years old & tired of "smart" phones. Just wanted something simple and I got it. Thank you!

Not as user friendly as reported. Texting is hard because the numbers have 3 letters each and any one with memory problems will have trouble with it. It doesn’t accept pictures but it will charge you with all the spam

The phone itself is fine but the one you sold me was already tied to another account. When I came in to exchange it, you charged me $5 more dollars cause I guess it on Sale when I bought it. I've spent about $6k at your store over the past 3-4 years. I'll be looking elsewhere now.

Awesome phone. I purchased it for my Mom 82 years old. The only issue is the volume buttons on the side. When she grips the phone while talking she turns the ring volume down. I keep having to drive 30 minutes to turn it back up again.
