Came in brought this phone and one the guys told me he could set everything up and when came time to do that noone knew how I actually had to do by myself. I brought this for a neighbor and she couldnt get her number port over and she upset bc she wanted hwr old number

My mom loved it, she loved the color and how easy it was to use. I did have to set it up for her.

I bought this phone for my dad. He was having a really hard time operating his cell phone. This phone is much easier for him to use and the maximum volume is perfect for his hearing loss!

Very good choice. My mother in law was in need of a new phone with big keys. Jitterbug Flip 2 fulfilled that need very well. It could even be connected with T-Mobile. I'm just a little bit annoyed with the way the OS works. Overall, a very good phone for the elderly.

Purchased for my Mother. Finally a phone that caters to the elderly. Lively customer service is just absolutely awesome. If you purchase a phone from Best Buy it is much easier to set the phone if you go directly through Lively. If you go through Lively when setting up the phone they will walk you through everything and you are also able to “link” the phone to a smartphone so if the emergency service is ever utilized you will get notification. Also the Lively service has gps on the phones so your elderly person can always receive help or assistance if needed when traveling or even just mowing their yard or working in the garden. These phones are not just for the elderly. If you have someone that has medical conditions or are maybe hindered because lack of mobility.

Not as easy to operate as I would have liked for my dad

Bought this phone for a gift. The salesman set up the phone which was greatly appreciated. The only problem was the phone couldn't receive calls which wasn't discovered until the next day. A call to your customer service number corrected the problem.

Perfect for someone who is inept with electronics.

This purchased for my father's 95th birthday. Unfortunately he wanted original jitter bug phone . Four days after refund policy I tried returning unwanted phone. So asking me about my purchase,I'd have to say idk it's still in package. Thanks for asking.

Good phone. I wished you could assign speed dial to a certain number to be able to do o E number calling.

A great option for the elderly who may not want all the bells and whistles of a smartphone.

Bought for Mother-in-law. Not very friendly to use for senior citizen. Have to push too many buttons just to make a phone call. Her old Jitterbug Flip Phone was a lot easier to use. The ring tones are horrible for older person.

Very easy to set up. A phone call to their customer service and it was up and running. Cannot beat the price of the phone or the plan, especially for a senior that does not require anything more than a "phone"

This is a replacement phone my wife’s mother. Her old one died after over 5 years. The tech support at Lively was very competent and changed the phone number and added her contacts from the old phone to the new one. Very satisfied.
