Oh well, that’s not too surprising.

Saved My Life!

Had a heart attack in ambulance. Bought a second one as back up and convenience of extra charger. Functions OK. Small enough to carry everywhere instead of ugly and awkward neck alert system.

She is thrilled to have it and it is very easy for her to use. It gives her a sense of security so that she’s not alone. This phone is great.

Easy to use, pre-existing number is a pain

My problem with this is not with the device itself. I received a phone number that had been in use already and after it activated, was bombed with spam calls and texts. You can block the calls but not the texts. And this is a gift for my 90yo mother-in-law. Hope it doesn't drive her nuts!

Not a good buy

Texting is hard because the numbers have 3 letters each and any one with memory problems will have trouble with it. It doesn’t accept pictures but it will charge you with all the spam
