Poor signal will not access all information on phone poor reception at times

salesman was very knowledgeable of Jitterbug Flip2 phone. Answered all my questions (and I had a lot!). The price of phone and monthly service charges were wonderful!! Highly recommend both the phone and salesman!!!!

It is a nice phone, not a handheld computer. For people in my age bracket, it is just right. It is easy to use and has all the functions a mature adult needs. No one is sticking these in your face all the time saying look at this. It is just what I need.

I was so excited to find the Jitterbug phone when I visited Best Buy. My Mom, who is 95 years old owned a Jitterbug phone, but it had broke, so I looked at several places before I found it in stock at Best Buy. It is easy to operate and the company is easy to reach when you need to speak to someone.

Jitterbug Flip2 is just the ticket for my spunky wife who is turning 90 in 3 months. She hates smart phones with touchscreens, like my iPhone 12 … too easy to touch the wrong spot, and way too many navigations to memorize. But big physical tactile buttons, big fonts on simple menus that she can read in the dark, logical software (I’m a programmer) … and WOW >> wonderful customer support when something goes sideways … like it did when I got interrupted in mid-setup at a critical juncture. I give this phone 5 stars, and so does my honey, but also the support team at Lively, they are tops, technical, without requiring a handoff to a second person who needs to hear your story all over again. ~ TimothyT in central California.

This is a great phone I got for my mother. She is 88 and losing some hearing. The numbers are large enough to see them easily and the speaker volume makes it easy for Mom to hear. The price is reasonable and the sales folks at Best Buy were great.

They changed the button line up and added too many steps to call a contact. For someone with bad eye sight and memory retention this is a big minus.

Bought for my brother who needed a cell phone. Purchased this kind because he didn’t need a phone with all the bells & whistles, just to call & text. I wanted him to have something easy to use in case of emergency.

Gift for my mother, button's are larger making it easier for her to use. She doesn’t use the internet or other features that came with it, so I’m able to shut them off and not pay for them.

This is a replacement for a lost JitterBug red cell phone which was far easier to read than this one. As a legally blind person I need much contrast - black and white, not light blue on blue background or gray on black, etc. Visually, this Lively phone is considerably more difficult to read. Also, the hinge is quite loose, feels like it should be more secure. There has to be a cell phone at this same price-point that is easier for sight-impaired users. This would be a good phone for seniors who are not sight impaired.

Not bad, could improve some but this is a good basic flip phone for seniors.

The jitter bug phone is a great buy. Outstanding support service for handling questions about the phone. Using the phone takes a little time to navigate phone commends. This was the reason I gave a 4 rating. Otherwise, this is a great flip phone.

Bought on sale for 1/2 price. Adequate for senior citizen due to ease of operation.

Serves is purpose. Unfortunately...this is the 3rd one I have purhased as the quality of the phone hasn't proved longevity despite limited use. Overall...inexpensive with no frills phone..not a bad deal.

Doesn’t even pick up a signal in my house. It works fine downtown but once I get it back home, a few miles away, it is useless.

Very difficult for an older person to use. Older model was easier.

Bought phone for a friend. She had Samsung Galaxy which hardly ever used because she couldn’t see numbers and just overall difficulty using. Loves her Jitterbug, uses it no problem with charging it and is very senior friendly.

Reasonable price for a phone. Good service plans for services.
