My 80 year old mom was totally intimidated by her smartphone and wanted to go back to a flip phone. This is fairly easy for her to use, although it was a pain to enter her contacts for her!

Bought for an elderly friend. He did not like it and switched back to a smart phone that he was used to using. Too basic for him. Would recommend for individuals that only want a basic flip phone.

My wife bought this and she likes the simplicity of it. Does what she needs it to do. Picture quality is average at best. Good for people who don't want to get bogged down with learning to much new stuff. Monthly cost reasonable as well.

This was for my mother in law. She is 93 and she went back to a flip phone. This one has buttons that she can see and use. She didn't want a camera or video but this one has a camera and we might show her how it works. It is great and the monthly fee is reasonable.

CELL PHONE FOR SENIOR THAT WANTED AN EASY TO USE PHONE.

Phone is ok with large buttons. Needs a simple call button instead of having to select OK. The volume is not as loud as some seniors need. I bought this for my mom and she could not hear it well and it was not immediately clear to her how to make a call because there was not a call button. It was "ok" she had to select

I have to say it is the most logical device of its kind that I have ever used. Every choice you make is preceded by a clear presentation that you can react to. In addition, customer service by phone continues to be a pleasant experience.

My wife had a smart phone and didn't like it. She has computer access at home with a much larger screen. This phone is easy to use and we combined monthly minutes with a health and safety plan. She loves the phone and only has to press 1 button if she needs help.

I bought the Jitterbug Cell Phone for my brother. He is partially blind. The large font screen and large keypad makes it easier for him to use.

This is an ungraded model to one he already has. It hasn't been set up yet, but I am sure he will enjoy it even more with the added features. It will be good for him to have a phone which works better.

The ohone will not turn although it is 81%charged. It was working fine a couple hours ago, I will bring itr in this afternoon.

Battery must be charged almost every night. My old phone held it's charge for 3-4 days. This is good enough an old guy who wouldn't pay $1,100 for a smart phone. Not happy to have to make the change.

Went on oct 1st to get this phone for my mother. When I purchased the phone store clerk told me that I wouldn’t be charged for the activation and the plan until November 1st. I was charged 66.25 by lively on October 5th.

Meets our needs for a backup phone and is easy to charge.
