don't buy this. it's a piece of junk not worth your time or money because they fall apart or never works i would just get something that actually works this is just a worthless piece of junk

This cell is easier for older people with clear direction.

This cell phone is simple to use and has the features I need. I think it is a very good value for the money and I would highly recommend it for those people who do not really need all the features of a smart phone.

The flip 2 cell phone works beautifully and is so easy to use. I bought this one as a replacement for one I had just lost, which was the same as this one. I highly recommend this cell phone for it ease of use.

I formation on Best Buy website gave me most of the information I needed to make this selection. A call to Great Call and a few questions to the sales rep at Best Buy, and my decision was made. This phone is easy to use and definitely senior friendly.

Phone is as simple as they come, but instructions inadequate for "newbies". doesn't tell how to send photos to a friends's phone or email, what screen to go to to adjust volume. Editing contacts is difficult and so is texting.

The lively jitterbug flip2 cell phone is advertised for seniors. Apparently I’m not old enough yet . Too many steps to go through to do anything. I don’t dislike anyone enough to give them this thing !

I bought this because it has big dial numbers for my big wobbly fingers, and I like it because it closes and sticks in my pocket easily. I just needed it for emergency and to let someone know where I am going. I don't play games on it.

We are trying to use the phone in the Dallas TX area. Lively has an issue with Verison. The Flip2 seems to be the only model affected. On the plus side, customer service is trying to assist and even shipped a new replacement phone. Until they get the trouble resolved, the Flip2 is useless in my area.

Bought for my husband who prefers a simple easy to use phone. We were able to transfer old phone number to new phone which was a plus. Customer service agent was very pleasant and helpful.

I purchased this phone for my sister who just loves it. I bought her a smart phone last year but she just prefers the simplicity of the Lively Flip. Plus it is smart looking abd so simple to use...this truly was a "Best Buy"!!

The Lively Flip Phone has many useful feature's . The emergency response features is a great feature for anyone young or old. We are please with this phone and would recommend this phone for some one who likes a flip phone .

phone works but charger is very difficult to engage.

Love the phone, but had bit of an issue getting set up. Because we wanted to keep same number. Wish you had someone their that could have helped 71 year old lady.

So far this phone works well. Bought it for 76 yr old father. Only weird thing is no green & red call or hang up buttons. Just an Ok & Back button. But he has been able to use it.

This is an excellent product. Easy to use. Recharges quickly. Phone number is visible, doesn't require searching for it. Wish the cable was somewhat longer to reach an outlet - a small inconvenience compared to ease of use.

I am astounded by all of the features packed into such an inexpensive cell phone which looks to be well made and reasonably simple for a senior to use. I am looking forward to mastering the intricacies of our electronic age.
