I bought the Lively for my elderly friend.. it's been better than you can imagine..she never could hear on the other phone ....and a very hard time pushing those little letters and numbers this Lively has really made her feel great..thank you

The Lively cell phone product is exactly as advertised.

Best phone for seniors, charging dock great, red color easy to find, loud, very clear on both ends, up, down, left, right, ok buttons simple, great highlite colors- 250 minutes per month- great basic phone, and uses Verizon network

My mom really likes her Lively Flip Cell that I bought to replace her Boost Mobile phone that she had. Like that this has the red CALL button for emergencies that she can press if for some reason she can't get a hold of us kids.

The phone on a whole is good for just talk and text. They could improve the way text are deleted. you have to delete each reply from one to the other. There ought to be a way to just delete the whole text.

Pretty easy to set up. Mother in law loves the flip phone style.

Extremely difficult to get all the functionality set up but support was helpful and he features (once setup) are awesome! I purchased two for each of my parents and it has proved peace of mind for their safety.

Easy to use after reading the manual. I only use for short texts and mainly for calls. Switched from a landline which helped reduce the phone bill quite a bit!

I use this in my car as an emergency phone.. it’s perfect. I have a long commute to work and I often forget my regular phone so I have this as a back up. I love that it’s only 14.99 a month and the phone was only 9.99. It’s awesome

Bought this flip phone for elderly parent with visual impairment. Xmas gift but I have used a bit after activating. I like it, and I feel she will be very happy

bought this for our mom who is in a nursing home. she has never had or used one before so we wanted one with big numbers and this does and she is able to use it even with bad hands. would recommend this for any elderly person.

Not good on volume to hear on phone it is for seniors but you cannot hear well on device

Phone is great. Works well. Price great also. A little difficulty setting up voicemail. But when i called they help. Great for older person who mainly wants just a phone.

The sales persons where excellent in providing me with the product I was looking for. Helped in programing the Lively cell phone. When I left the store the cell phone was ready to use, giving me a walk thru on how to use it.

Easy to use and large numbers on key pad make this phone excellent for seniors. The phone also will connect you to 5 Star emergency services with the push of a button if you choose to purchase the plan offered by Lively / Great Call.

Bought this phone for my 85 year old mom. She is legally blind. The phone is OK, but it's a little more complicated than the regular flip phone she used to have. You have to push so many buttons to make a call, or to get to the contacts. It's hard for her and this isn't a talking phone to tell you what contact name she is on. So it's frustrating for the both of us. I had to call several times to get it set up properly so she could use it.
