Wife LOVES it. SIMPLE! There was no port in the wall where she sits, for the landline we had. Simply shared the outlet for her reading lamp, for the dock right beside her. HOO RAH!

This is the perfect phone for my Older Brother who can't use a touch screen. It's easy to program & use. I Highly recommend this phone for Seniors or anyone who doesn't want a touch screen cell phone.

Nice simple flip phone with Alexa built in. Has a dedicated emergency operator button for immediate emergency services. Has many simple nice features unlike the complicated smart phones of today.

Bought this for my wifes aunt who is 89 and just wanted a phone that is simple. she can just flip it open and dial the number she wants to call, push the ok button and call goes through.

great deal,Helped my neighbor buy Jitterbug phone & plan.Only problem was first clerk told us he could set it up.Next day clerk said he couldn't set up flip phone,so I did it at Home for my neighbor.Don't understand why tech could set up smart phone but not flip phone??

I just got this phone. So far I am happy with it. I am using it in the place of a land phone. Since I canceled my land phone. Everytime I misplace my other cell I have no quick way to find it. This gives me peace of mind.

Works great for elderly people who don't want the confusion of a smart phone. It has big numbers and is very easy to use after you set everything up. The volume is very loud at full volume for people who are hard of hearing.

This phone would be a lot simpler for seniors if when you had to answer a call all you had to do was open it. Not having to open it and Press OK. Also, phone should be able to set up speed dialing on common contacts called frequently,

I purchased this phone for my brother because he insisted the only phone he could operate successfully was a flip phone. Although not my preference, he loves it.

We bought the older phone for an elderly relative. The phone has been fairly easy for the to understand & use. Going out on the riding lawnmower is now a much more safe a ticity for them!

This phone features using the Alexa app. Which allows voice activation for making calls. If you don’t have the Alexa app making a call requires pushing a lot of buttons. Not a option for a senior in his nineties. We are going back to a Jitterbug phone like he had before. The sound on the phone was really clear.

It's ok. Not as good as my old Samsung flip and much bigger. Takes longer to navigate. I think it must be designed for the truly clueless. But it serves my needs in that the only reason I have it is for my emergency use. I don't give a hoot about a so-called "smart" phone and abhor how many people run around with their noses stuck in them all day.

Seems like a good phone for the older generation.. only issue is if the speaker is talking then the phone doesn’t ring. Had to turn that off for the phone to ring. Wish that you could change the menu setup also but it doesn’t.

The phone doesn't always work. The charger pug in turned about to be not the right one but Best Buy got me the right one and that worked. People who help online are good too. I got a message about no sim card but Best Buy helped me replace it. The product is simpler than some but cheaper than a lot. I'd say it's good.

I got this phone for my 91-year-old father who has dementia and he was able to call me without much of a tutorial from me. Please with it so far. I also got red so it would stand out.
