Very pleased with my new phone. I wanted a simple to use, dependable phone. I could not have asked for a better salesperson to assist me with my purchase.

This phone has a few more features than its predecessor so there's a bit of a learning curve. But for those who don't like tech much, it's a good phone which does the basics. This phone is used mostly for texting and it's good for that. One caveat is that it doesn't seem to save more than one photo per text. So if you get more than one photo in a text and want to save them to the phone, you'd need to ask the sender to send them again, one per text at a time. That's a pain. But the rest seems ok so far.

Brought for my grandmother. She had a hard time with the sleek and almost unibody design of the previous flip phone she had. This one has a clear front and back. The buttons are clear directional keys for her. Sometimes the sleek modern design of newer phones are troublesome for someone who needs help learning something brand new and can’t see very well. It has a red sos button that is clutch for her. The volume gets loud, which she needs. The only drawback is that it needs to be on the lively network.

Great product. Works well in our "hard to reach by cell phone" area and keypad is large enough for the user's poor vision. Customer Service support was excellent, taking the time to set it up for us.

This purchase was made to replace a lost phone. The one I lost was the older version of the Jitterbug flip phone. I love this new version. Has features the older one was missing.

Simple and easy to use. It allows you to select your contact and dial a call with push of a button. It also allows you to take and add photos. The red model is attractive and easy to spot in my purse.

Works as advertised. Excellent for the vision impaired senior for whom it was purchased. Setting up through Best Buy was a long process, but not difficult.

I purchased this phone for mother after her original phone broken and needed a new phone. It was hard to work with other services.

Bought this for my 80 year old father and it works great. All we use it for is making phone calls. Very easy to use. Battery lasts around 2-3 days without a charge.

Both two phones for my family, easy to use and basic, works perfectly for calls and text, no problems with over seas numbers just add a sim car and you’re good to go

Great phone...I would definitely recomment it to other people and would definitely but it again as a backup to my usual phone, it well-served its purpose.

Bought this for my mother-in-law because she needed a simple phone. Although I thought it was very simple, she still has trouble with it. She is 87 and not in tune with electronics. With that being said, I would still recommend this phone

While I am on a call, my call gets intercepted by another call , impeding me to continue with my call.

After having a cellphone that took 10 minutes to turn on Great Call was GREAT! It is easy to use, it has my cell # on the screen when I open it and it Charges up rapidly. I am very happy I bought it.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the phone and how simple it is to use. Great phone for seniors who don’t need to use the internet.

Phone simple and works well. Fulfils our simple needs for the phone and has all the basic needs for the phone.

This phone is perfect for older people. Easy to setup and use. Love the Amazon Alexa dialing. Bought it for my husband and he really likes how easy it is to use.

This phone is not able to support its claims to connect to Alexa for the visually impaired. I even hired a professional computer programmer to help & he was saddened this company made claims it could not support. In addition, the carrier, Greatcalls, was not strong enough to support calls. Sometimes I had to call my mom 10 times before we could get a call that wasn’t dropped. Wish I had never heard of this phone. Can’t wait to get rid of it.

Was purchased for a relative, super easy setup, plans are reasonable. Great purchase
